That Waterfall was a highlight. That Blue Wren with its female Wrens was a delight to see. What a great way to finish off the day with a fire. Another great day Heidi.

did your rain jacket keep you 100 percent dry on your trip and what sort is it ?

I have the Marmot Precip. It's a great jacket. It has pit zips to keep the sweat down. It keeps you fairly dry. It's good for hiking as it's lightweight.
If you want to stay bone dry then a different jacket would be better. But I used this in all situations.
