The plague ghosts are so nice and friendly, even after what happened to them. And very helpful.
One of my favourite lines is “someone’s been a naughty boy”. The plague ghosts can be wonderful.

These are collectively my favourite character. They're just a bunch of really lovely people. Hopefully vaccinations and lower covid numbers mean we get to see them again next season!

Could it be that possibly they weren't in series 3 because they were all 'sucked off'? After the revelations on how they died as well as the historian doing some info on them the group may have found peace.

The technical reason is covid restrictions, ofc, but if they'd decided to solve it by having the plague ghosts get "sucked off", would they just never mention them again?? And would Alison never notice, or wonder where they've gone?... _I_ wouldn't know tho, I'm not one of the geniuses who writes the show!

“It’s all about you!” Idk y but the accent Ben does just makes this so much funnier.
"Or just hit it with a hammer" is not only the best plague ghost line, its the best line IN THE ENTIRE SHOW. Fight me on it. It's so funny. The got the "no, daddy no" bit, but the hammer part is the best part!
The red lever scene hits different if you consider what would have happened if Alison couldnt hear them.
