What was the symptoms that made you clean the throttle body? I did have the cleaner spray so I use some gas. It worked for a little but started the rough idling and reduced engine power.
Check engine light on, showing the code bro. After cleaning it was all good and code went away. Side note* dont use any products that are not meant to clean Throttle body. Remember this modern cars have an electronic throttlebody. Some products might damage it. Thats why they make a Throttle body cleaner.

Once you disconnect the battery, your engine light will go out. Question is will the engine light remain out once the system reboots?
If this procedure fix the problem,it will stay off. It didn't came back on my car,so in my case it worked.
