Building an aluminium boat for my dad's retirement | part 9: welding the gas tank and windshield

In this video, I take on a special project to build a boat for my dad's retirement, based on his own sketches. My dad has always loved boating and spending time on the water, so I wanted to create something truly special for him to enjoy in his retirement years.

I think I’m caught up now but looking forward to the rest, is the boat a semi displacement hull, and how long and many hp motor is it designed for

This is a full planing hull, 7.3 m long and 2.5 m wide. It will probably get a 140 hp, but anything between 100 and 300 should fit the boat.
