    The equipment is beautiful, looking forward to the detailed install. What's your opinion on the Ground Zero Uranium GZUA 4SQ and 6SQ for an mid-high level SQ system?
    Clearly not comparable to the Helix C Four, at least in price, but specs seem solid.

      GZ has great gear. Equipment selection is far not that important than the actual installation of speakers and tuning.

      @pssound9749 Thank you. If there's anything I've learned from your videos, it's the installation is most important. 👌

    Great video. Do you happen to know the name of the digital module that works with the G series BMWs?

    Let me make sure I understand what you’re saying.
    That factory Bluetooth is AuX is not often good with poor integration and compression.
    So even if we use an aftermarket DSP for the car using the DSP Bluetooth is a better option than running it through the car?
    I stop running Bluetooth in my car and only use my iPod cable through the Aux because the quality loss was substantial.
    I rather run a long giant patch cable from the DSP to the front of the car than use Bluetooth.
    But you’re saying that with the quality of these newer DSP units Bluetooth is not something to worry about.
    Can you please explain to what I am looking for when it comes to uses Bluetooth that allows for a good sound quality?
    Thank you
    It’s sooooo hard for people in the US to get solid information on SQ. Poor cheap Americans are focused on SPL. They all associate the louder it plays the better.

      The BT that your HU uses is not the best quality. There are many different types of BT these days. The one used in this DSP is APTX and if your phone/DAP supports APTX streaming, then it can work and sound great!

      For now I will stay with my cable in my Lexus es350 because it’s an older model and I know that sounds better for what I have running.
      But soon my son will be driving and I will be getting a new vehicle.
      Either another Lexus model or Audi. Possibly a Genesis but either way at that time I will probably purchase a Alpine DSP or Steg

      Some of the STEG DSP's use LDAC which allows higher bitrate and better quality than the normal Bluetooth

    Helix C Four for Twitter and Midrange speakers? then the midbass speaker takes power from the DSP?

    • @pssound9749
      @pssound9749  Před 7 měsíci +1

      Yes, just as we described in the video, that midbass, rearfill and front sub are powered from P-SIX DSP.

    • @anggarrahudhi8403
      @anggarrahudhi8403 Před 7 měsíci

      is that enough? because many people say that external amplifiers are better than built-in DSP amplifiers

    Any reason the owner went with a Focal sub over Steg?

    • @pssound9749
      @pssound9749  Před 7 měsíci +2

      Yes, we chose it. It’s a great sub price vs performance in sealed. Steg doesn’t actually have any sub similar to it. Do you know any?

    • @calinczy
      @calinczy Před 7 měsíci

      @@pssound9749 noob(ish) question: do you think this sub could sound decent in a 30L ready-made sealed box? spec sheet on the focal site gives 2 sealed examples - 28L and 35L - so, at least in theory, it should be happy with the 30L.
      looking forward to see updates from this build :)
