I watched all 5 videos of your first cruise back from Covid. My goodness...you guys are amazing. Felt like I was watching a good movie. I've watched many of your videos and look forward to more. I appreciate your respect for copywrited material. My Fiancé and I are booked on one of the first Sunshine Cruises out of Norfolk. We booked one in March 2025 right after the Sunshine comes out of Drydock. I might even attempt to make my own video of the upgrades and changes from the drydock. Keep posting!

We are going on our first cruise in May 2024. It will be the Carnival Sunshine 3 stopper. Your videos has helped me, so that I can help the family get around without stressing. Looks like I need to start walking now end of November 2023 so I will be in shape for all the walking that will be done. God bless you for all those that you have helped along the way.

Very helpful, we are going on our first cruise in about decades and a half so your videos helped remind me how the process goes. My 12 year old has never been on a cruise so I know he will love it.

My adult daughter and I are doing this cruise with some other family members in September from Sunshine Charleston. We're any of your days a Sunday church day? If so did you attend services?
Hope you enjoy your cruise in September! We have been on cruises on Sundays and find it challenging to find a church in ports. We sometimes try to live stream (but internet doesn't always work for that), but mostly we just spend some extra time in private worship. God bless!

They have some food that looks good, that i would like to try. If they were walking around with a dessert cart, i would say,
just leave the cart! 😲 Question: When you go to sleep, can you feel the motion of the ship? Can you hear the waves just sliding by with a gentle splash? I would love to sleep on deck just to get the full experience. Welcome home. ☹

You can feel some movement of the ship depending on the condition of the waves. On this cruise, Fiona was south and east of us, so it had the seas rolling a bit, but not to a point of the ship rocking. The windows are pretty tight. We could not hear from inside the cabin. :-)
Some of us have slept on the top deck, in a deck chair. Not totally recommended as it often gets pretty windy. Ok for a quick nap though. And don't be surprised if one of the crew stops by to check on you every so often. They'll want to make sure you're not drunk and couldn't find your room (happens to someone pretty much every night) or having some other problem. Also, the cleaning crew will likely wake you up when they come around cleaning the deck and rearranging deck chairs. If you have a balcony stateroom, you're welcome to sleep on your balcony but the same wind warning applies. [PS... If I was going to do it on Sunshine, I would probably go to the "secret" deck on Deck 6 bow, below the helm. You'll find loungers stacked there and deck areas that few guests know about. Very windy though.]
I am enjoying all the videos I do have a bike question I am getting ready to buy a CVO trike but I am being told that on a CVO trike the Power train is not covered under warranty and your the only one I know with a CVO trike I know your hunny is big into Harley could tell me if this is true
(Melissa here)... I did ask my husband and he agrees with me, we were told that there is a warranty on all of it (2 years I believe). I will check with a friend of ours who works for HD just to be sure. I will say that I had a 2017 Triglide before buying the 2021 CVO and think this 2021 rides and turns so much better/easier. I think if I were to go with another trike, the next time it will be the sportier Freewheeler. Thanks for viewing our videos!!
