I learned in the Army just how bad the waste is. The way the budget system works with ammo, which the whole government uses with money for one. If we got 50,000 rounds given to us to qualify and we used 20,000 rounds then they would have us fire 30k rounds into a mound of dirt just so we get 50k again the next year. If we didnt and needed 50k the following year we wouldnt have. Same with the food. Even if we didnt eat we had to sign off saying we got food or theyd send less food next time. Then we were in Kuwait which is not a war zone. We had the option to take busses to the range but insyead they wanted to take a whole convoy of super heavy up armored vehicles burning theough insane amounts of diesal fuel. Then we had thousands of privates sitting around doing nothing getting paid while they paid civilians 100k a year to guard the gates. And the cooks deployed with us and got paid but the arabs cooked all the food so the cooks basically got 30k on a deployment to do absolutely nothing. And they paid arabs to clean the bathrooms when they could have just had soldiers do it like back home. Its all about giving favors to contractors both American and foreign who make a ton of money off wars or even the support for wars.

I can also say I've seen this type of behavior in my work in schools and hospitals, maybe in fewer dollars, but with the same twisted mindset. He is talking about BlockChain Technology, not Crypto currency. There is volatility in Bitcoin... but ZERO volatility in the underlying Blockchain technology.

Budget expenditure reports are very similar to financial statements and tax returns. The picture you get depends entirely on how crafty the accountant is. Have you learned nothing from the Trump fiasco? They call it dark money for a reason. Audits be damned.
