Generally starts from the middle near the spark plug and then move your way out. Try google image for tightening sequence for rocket cover. Match image that fit your car engine and follow the sequence.

@@CTBLiew i open it the next morning. meaning the car is idle for at least 12 hours. is not normal right? actually 1 months ago i change my engine oil to 15w50 because my car engine has this "tak tak tak" sound which the mechanic told me likely is the valve issue. so he recommended this thicker oil. in fact after using it i stop hearing this sound

hi bro, do you know why the radiator fan keep running on and off after the engine is switch off. eventually it happen after sometime and could last for more than 1-2 hours, also happen when engine is warm. .. I am afraid it might drain my battery
+Abdul Hafiz It was a long and daunting procedure. I washed it with quite lots of soap. Then use hot air to dry it off. Almost a few hours performing the cleaning. I suspect there are product out there to do the cleaning in a more efficient way.

I got original part. Can't remember exact how much but I did mentioned in the video. Around few ten ringgit. Also got to apply little amount of RTF sealant over the outer curve. Be caution not to apply too much until the sealant got its way into the engine.
Yes indeed after few cycle found that apply sealant throughout is the best to prevent leakage. However it increased the risk of sealant came off and cause engine coolant holes blockage.

Yes it willbe harder to take off definitely.
I think rubber grease will be better.

hi, i am driving a satria neo non-cps 2008. when i open the oil cap, i can see oil, is it normal? is that compartment suppose to be flooded with oil?
Do you open it after the engine idle? Normally the oil could have sink after stop for overnight.

It should be the same. One safe way is to open remove the grey cover and check see if the cover looks like in the video.

That’s why some places does not allow the use of those silicone gel. I tried not to over do it.
