Hey Anna. I know I have'nt commented for a long time. But today something unbelievable happend and I have to tell you this. I've been struggling to get my back handspring at home for a few months now. Today I finally got it without a spot on just a few mats. Whenever I fail at something, I feel like I am just now to good enough. But after watching your videos and doing your streching for a while I mastered my back handspring plus many other trick. And at the end, I relized i was just a mentel block. Your videos always get me more motivated and stop me from giving up. So I just wanted to thank you for your amazing streches,videos and tutorils!
