നല്ല കിടിലൻ താറാവ് സ്റ്റൂ 😋
ingredients :
duck-1 1/4 kg
onion(sliced )-2 big
small onion -8 nos
green chilly -up to 10
ginger-1 big piece
garlic -16 clove's (nos)
curry leaves
cashew nut -8 nos
vinegar -1 1/2 tbsp
coconut oil -3 tbsp
spices (cardamom, cinnamon, black proper,star anise and cloves)
black pepper powder -2 tsp
garam masala -1/2 tsp
coconut milk (thick milk, semi thick & thin milk)-one cup (each)
potato -2 big
carrot -1
salt
