Sheldon was never ready to be an NHL head coach. He should have come as an assistant and learn from an accredited NHL head coach. Nepotism is the reason why we are where we are today.
In the NHL, the head coach is a major factor in a teams success. Compared to level he came from, where having a couple of top players or a stack team is all you need to win a championship.
Keefe has never been able to pivot and make changes with any success when its needed, I have little faith this year will be any different...prove me wrong!

Pretty embarrassing watching the last game. The first time I turned them off after 2. I can’t listen to any of these guys or should I say children anymore. The fact that marner thinks he’s a grown man is to say the least the most ridiculous thing I heard.
