The tip that my teacher taught me when I was in senior high school is that when proposing or presenting a research project, thesis or case study, you shouldn't be the one that will be nervous, it should be the judges or the audience. Because during your presentation, you are the person or group of people that holds the most information about the topic you are presenting. The judges and audience on the other hand have less idea of what you are presenting, that is why they need you to provide them with information so that they can understand whay you want to propose.
effective thinking👌 that is if you're well versed or at least good at english if that's the language ur teacher decided to use at ang understanding mo sa research will surely boost that confidence so the problem is naintindihan ba? kabisado ba? like the way pauwi to your house. Im not arguing with you if anything Im agreeing but this advice might not be so helpful for those who lack knowledge or has low understanding of things like Me lol I got over confident sa research namin and I remember how that uno reverse happened. Research defense is my nightmare. I could write and write with no problems but gets speechless when talking. I simply cannot speak out my thoughts into actual words. i remember that time we had our thesis defense. i was the leader of the research group, and right before we presented, i drank a half bottle of sangria. needless to say, i was tipsy when we defended our research. my confidence level that time skyrocketed, though, and i answered all the questions of the panel with ease. no one (except for my groupmates) knew that i drank alcohol prior to the defense. in the end, we won the best research study, and surprisingly, i was awarded as the best presenter, all while i was intoxicated ooooffff p.s. i ain't saying that y'all should also do the same, though. there are schools that are really strict when it comes to alcohol intake in the campus, so y'all better think twice before doing something like what i did haha
It’s easier than what you all expect! Basta alam niyong kayo ang gumawa ng papel niyo (at hindi kayo pabigat kay leader) malamang sa malamang masasagot niyo kung ano man itanong sa inyo ng panelist. Also, confidence and halong “diskarte” is the key to a successful defense. Good luck!
I'm a grade 9 student and I am about to experience this kind of situation on Saturday... I don't have the confidence to talk to other people as I have always been an introvert and not a good speaker. I have also labeled myself as someone who's dumb (bobo in my native language) because I don't have the courage to try and explore the challenges in life. As an history student, seeing and reading other comments about speaking language that made them feel "judged" was my observation. The teacher, research adviser and other staffs that involve in this task must include a relax language where students feel comfortable and have a courage to speak out his/her knowledge in the study.

One of the proper way of answering the questions of the panelist is by supporting you answer with RRL because it gives credibility and it will solidify your ideas as well.
For all graduating students out there, i envy you since i never had the chance to go to college and experience this. Sana seryosohin nyo to since this will help you a lot during your future job interview esp. Impromptu scenarios. It has similarities with interviews and the trick on acing things like these is just really knowing the subject and in return it will help you develop your confidence and soft skills. Current manager here in the bpo industries. I wish i could go back in time and have the opportunity to go to college. I probably would've been shaken to the core if I happen to be one of these people. Truly it takes more than confidence and high levels of self-esteem to get through such high leaps of challenges that come our way. This is all part of the journey, I must say. I feel as though I'm not totally cut out for this. Even my brain short circuits in the worst possible timing you could ever imagine. But my congratulations to them. They've done well.

I’m an ABM student from the 11th grade and they are preparing us to do this next school year and I’m praying for a miracle to happen that would stop our future defense from happening just like how the pandemic saved our section from 3 stage plays. During my thesis defense, I was confident on every word I was saying but to be honest... My professors bombarded me with questions but with my confidence level, I also gave them tons of information to be absorbed. I remembered our thesis defense, it has been approved with the panels left clueless of what to ask for. So our presentation isnt that rough. We presented the case with a nice flow. But the flaunt is, we did not even know if there are any errors since we did quantitative data that needs a lot of mathematical application 😂😩

One of the proper way of answering the questions of the panelist is by supporting you answer with RRL because it gives credibility and it will solidify your ideas as well.
For all graduating students out there, i envy you since i never had the chance to go to college and experience this. Sana seryosohin nyo to since this will help you a lot during your future job interview esp. Impromptu scenarios.
It has similarities with interviews and the trick on acing things like these is just really knowing the subject and in return it will help you develop your confidence and soft skills.

I probably would've been shaken to the core if I happen to be one of these people. Truly it takes more than confidence and high levels of self-esteem to get through such high leaps of challenges that come our way. This is all part of the journey, I must say. I feel as though I'm not totally cut out for this. Even my brain short circuits in the worst possible timing you could ever imagine. But my congratulations to them. They've done well.
I came back here because we'll be having 2 defenses (for the title this friday and for our overall research study in the first week of May). I'm nervous yet excited. Wish me luck!!

Wow impressive, I like how you giys explain every thesis you've made and the information you've research is really accurate.
The tip that my teacher taught me when I was in senior high school is that when proposing or presenting a research project, thesis or case study, you shouldn't be the one that will be nervous, it should be the judges or the audience. Because during your presentation, you are the person or group of people that holds the most information about the topic you are presenting. The judges and audience on the other hand have less idea of what you are presenting, that is why they need you to provide them with information so that they can understand whay you want to propose.

Just had mine today, had been never about this my whole high school life but when u actually do it it’s not that bad.
During my thesis defense, I was confident on every word I was saying but to be honest... My professors bombarded me with questions but with my confidence level, I also gave them tons of information to be absorbed. In the end, they only concluded I should revise the test questionnaire I made. Hehehe #READINGCOMPREHENSION

I remembered our thesis defense, it has been approved with the panels left clueless of what to ask for. So our presentation isnt that rough. We presented the case with a nice flow. But the flaunt is, we did not even know if there are any errors since we did quantitative data that needs a lot of mathematical application 😂😩
