Thanks for this. I managed to take the cover off without dismantling the hinge. Had to fix because one of my ignorant employee kicked the cover while it was open when he got to the back seat, I couldn’t close the center console all the way. I found the smaller see-saw piece stuck and the spring had been knocked off. Took a little bit to figure out how the pieces work together and got everything back together. Took couple of hours of labor, but I don’t have to buy any replacement parts. Thanks again!

Thanks, that helped. However, I had to unscrew with the cover on the console. I don't know how you removed the console hinge. Maybe show that as well.
