Loved this. I smiled when you showed your coffee station, knew that would be on there. Staircase, fire and sliding doors definitely some of my favourites from your build too. Looking forward to seeing the finished patio soon too xx

I just love your reno content and the way you talk about everything, without hiding the vales. I’ve also done a renovation 2 years ago and I wish I had budget for some little extras like your doors in the coffee station (I have a coffee station but with normal doors).

I would definitey recommend a proper pulley which pulls up to the ceiling - I have one and it holds so much more (a whole washing load) and because it's up at the warmest part of the room i.e. just below the ceiling, things dry so quickly which means I almost never need to use my tumble drier (saves a fortune!).

We grew up where kitchen had underfloor heating. My mother used to lay our clothes on the floor in the evening and they would be dry in the morning!

Would be so interested to know cost difference between bifold and sliding doors! They look amazing ❤
I’m currently renovations and have come across your videos.
Are you pleased you went with the sliding doors rather than bifold? I know you said you loved the bifolds in your previous property.
We are torn but our opening is nowhere near as big as yours - will only be 2.2 meters.

No the staircase was just for the stairs and fitting was extra (but in our builders quote).. isn’t the Pulleymaid so good.. head over to www.Pulleymaid.com and you can see the whole range that they do :) xxx
Fantastic home, just love it, currently watching Lulu’s puppy videos, we have a 13 week old cockapoo and wow this puppy stage is not fun, luckily shes cute😂😂

Love the fireplace and the glass sliding doors! Just one question. What would happen with the back sliding doors if there was a power cut as they lock/unlock electrically? Would they still unlock or stay locked etc? x
Oh and I bet one of the 10 renovation regrets in the new video will be not getting a window installed beside the front door in the hallway.
I know, I was thinking this too - having seen too many scary movies where people are trapped in a room / building because the doors were electric and the power got cut off or were purposely locked in. Arghhhhh - does look awesome though! 🤣🤦♀️ I worry too much.
