Part 2 - squad Building aka Part 2 - Money Pit and sometimes just to get one upgrade card lol Squad Building is a game within itself even when they made 'quick start' ship load outs. In effect it's a strategic puzzle you can spend too much time on! I haven't played SWXW in a while. I'm revisiting some informative vids.

Thanks for the video, kids got the starter box for Christmas. Working through the rules. Noticed that the pilot cards list a full list of upgrades. Do they get these upgrades automatically or are they acquired thru game play.

Hey Nick, as always, great video. I've been playing casually for over two years and still struggle to get good at the game (but always have a great time) I think mostly it's around squad building and learning the strategy of not only building the list (use a lot of your list reviews, thank you) but flying the list to it's best strategic outcome. I would love to see some tutorials on flying strategies on the lists you review. Great channel, you've become a great source for this game.

The plan is to get these How to Play videos out first, then I'm going to look more into strategy and more open ended discussion. Just wanted to make sure I get the rules down pat for all the new players entering into 2.0.
I figured that you wanted to get the basics out first, just wanted to put a plug in for more strategy. Very Good, keep up the great work.
It might also be a good thing for newer players, that it isn't always a good idea to load up ships fully and that it might be better sometimes to put less upgrades on your ships, so you can possibly field an extra ship with no upgrades. For example if you can field an extra tie in an imperial list , that might be more beneficial than a few extra upgrades on your other ships. But this part of list building is more "trial and error". Pratice and try out what does and doesn't work for you and your playstyle.
