Drum wise, the song is pretty straight forward. There's som tricky stuff at the start, but overall the song is in 6/4 for most of the track, and it's just remembering the dynamics. The length of the song can be a challenge though, especially trying to remember all the parts and changes. I'd say its a 6.5/10 difficulty.
