Hi Carlos if you do not have any leaks in your system just open the valve at the caliper squeeze the front brake laver and close the front caliper valve without releasing the Lever after you close the little valve you can releasing the Lever and test if the break work do that many times until your break work at the best. Mine has some kind of a stainless steel spacer between the pads, can I replace the front pads and don,t need that? Just curious, anti rattle maybe?
Hello Mark if you have a spacer keep the spacer and make sure the new brake pad look the same shape in your scooter . Thank you for watching my video

I have run into a problem. After pushing the pistons in to remove the brake pads and install the new ones, the pistons are not pushing the brake pads when I pull the brake anymore. It feels like the pressure is gone and the pistons don’t push anymore. Do you know what I need to do to get them pushing again?
Hello Neil check if you have brake fluid on the top resevoir because if you have a little fluid sometime you need more to fill up the caliper other thing you can do is open the caliper valve put a container underneed pull the brake 5 times and the 5th time hold the brake level in an at the same time close the valve at the caliper to give pressure to the brake system . I hope this can help you

@@VirberelloScooterTips thankyou sir, I greatly appreciate you taking the time to respond to my comment, my Vespa will run and rev the back tire will spin when on the kickstand. As soon as I sit on it the scooter won't budge. I lifted the scooter and tried to spin the front tire it's very stiff and will turn but has alot of resistance. Should the front wheel spin freely when the brake isn't engaged?

i have a problem when i changed my pads the brake is weak as 30% this can the pads not matched with disk ?
Hello my friend many times when you we change the brake pad we send the brake fluid back to the reservoir so you will have to reset the pressure on your brake fluid line ok step one open the small valve at the caliper do not remove the valve just unscrewed few turns press or better pull the lever of your front brake 3 times and at the last pull do not release the lever at the same time at number 3 pull screw in the valve at the caliper and your brake should be good if this did not work do it another time until your brake lever is hard.
