How do we increase our own Anxiety and Depression? in Hindi

- Imagine I have connected you to a machine which gives shock if your anxiety level reaches above 6. this is increasing your anxiety and your experience in physical sensation. This further leads to worry and further increase in Physical sensation. I tell you to be calm and tell you that not to worry. and finally or anxiety level reaches above 6.
Don't worry I'm not going to do that. What I am trying to highlight is that the more you Force to change emotion the worse it gets.
we are always told to get over, be relaxed, see the brighter side try not to think about something. In long run it doesn't help and comes out in worse form like alcohol use divorce suicide or other mental health issues.
in short all emotions need to be felt. struggling with emotion or pushing away only makes our pain worse.
today I'm going to talk about what we do to make our emotions worse. it is important to understand that so that we don't do it
you judge your emotions as good or bad: you think sadness is uncomfortable and happiness is good. uncomfortable emotions aren't always bad. this judgmental attitude towards thoughts and feelings is the strongest predictor of both depression and anxiety\
You suppress your emotions. you try to avoid distract not feel something which actually doesn't help in Long Run
you start questioning why am I suffering. this puts you in despair. it's not like the universe will find a solution for you, you need to find
you tell yourself not to feel- you tell yourself that you shouldn't feel this way. the more you tell yourself not to feel something the more you feel that
you are catastrophizing- if you are experiencing a physical sensation you attributed to a major physical illness.
You are constantly checking your symptoms- you're hyper Vigilant about your body because your mind tells you that it is important. because slight physiological arousal increases anxiety which further leads to physiological arousal and further increase in anxiety.

I have started watch today and i have watched 3 videos back to back and i couldn't stop to comment even while watching so mam u r really explain what we are suffering and i was instantly connected from 1st video and i will watch more in after but now heartily thanks for understanding and explaining in a easy way. Hi Ramesh.Pehle apko ek mental health professional se consult karna chahiye. Based on your diagnosis, apko treatment diya jayega. Abhi batana mushkil hai kyunki depression aur dar alag alag type ke hote hai. Diagnosis se clarity milegi ki kaisa treatment apke liye sahi hoga.

Hi Aman. Anxiety se death nahi hoti hai. But its important ki aap uspe kkam kare. Relaxation exercise like deep breathing, muscle relaxation kafi helpful hoti hai. Isse apki body calm down hoti hai. Kai baar chinta ki wajah se bhi anxiety hoti hai jo body smymptoms mein convert ho jati hai. Isiliye apne chinta pe bhi kaam karna zarrori hai.
