Here is a cool/interesting/unique video idea. What If Avdol, Iggy, and Kakyoin survived instead of Jotaro? So in this timeline when fighting Vanilla Ice Avdol is saved by Iggy and his stand which Cream doesn't get him. Avdol being here would have him instead send a fire blast at Ice instead of Polnareff stabbing him in the head. Ice is killed and Dio toys around with the other 3 by moving them around until Jotaro and the others arrive. And when they split up Dio meets Jotaro and Polnareff before Joseph and Kakyoin with Avdol going with Joseph and Kakyoin and Iggy going with Jotaro and Polnareff. Jotaro would fight off Dio alone on a tower which ends with Dio being able to punch Jotaro through the chest and send him flying into the water tower Kakyoin was sent into originally and using the last of his power on his secret technique the Star Finger to hit the clock tower so Polnareff and Iggy can try to figure it out. The first thing Kakyoin, Avdol, and Joseph would need to do immediately would be to save Polnareff and Iggy. And since they are still weakened out by Ice from earlier Dio has the advantage, so if Dio has killed Jotaro then Polnareff and Iggy are too close for comfort and not in the right frame of mind, so Kakyoin, Avdol, and Joseph would need to save them. Since their abilities are good for doing so, it’s reasonable to assume that they would be able to do so. Dio would likely keep chasing them, and with Polnareff and Iggy. It’s also likely harder to escape Dio, and so the 5 of them need to think of a plan fast before getting picked off one by one which Polnareff tells them what Jotaro did and Kakyoin would be able to figure out its timestop so they would have to think of a plan that has Dio stop time and not be in his 10 meters of range. The logical plan here is to continue swinging through the city above the ground but not quite above the rooftops, while Kakyoin, Avdol, and Iggy sets multiple, smaller versions of there main attacks like fire balls, sand bullets or spikes, and emerald barriers between large buildings. This would force Dio to either slow down trying to evade or block these or have to make his way onto the rooftops, where he is less likely to attack them because he is out of range and obscured from them. From here, they would need to seek out a strategic position to finish off Dio from. The 5 of them would be required to do this, and if they wait until daybreak it is likely Dio would escape and they would be at a disadvantage. The optimal place to trap Dio from is around a blind corner or spot he cannot see. This gives them the optimal opportunity for a surprise attack. Polnareff and Avdol would need to lead the attack and Polnareff would have to do it without his armor. It is riskier, but he is literally faster than light and can attack Dio from multiple places at once, so it is worth it. Remember, Dio’s time stop can be canceled if you interrupt him while he tries to perform it, which Silver Chariot is definitely fast enough to pull off. And also Avdol was able to compete with (and defeat) Silver Chariot without his armor so Avdol would also be good for it. The second element they would need is there long range attackers, such as the original fight scene showed. This would be a bit more for a distraction than an actual means to harm Dio. We see they can barely reach him, but he can easily deflect almost all of them if he concentrates. This is the point when Dio, distracted by the 20 meter Emerald Splash, The Fools long range attacks, Silver Chariot's afterimages, and Magician Red's mix of long and close range combat. Dio would then be surprised by Joseph, who would entangle him with Hermit Purple and then engulf him with Hamon. The group then burn Dio's body but instead of Jotaro and Joseph burning Dio's body and them looking at the sky to see Avdol, Iggy, and Kakyoin the roles are reversed between Jotaro and Kakyoin and Avdol, Polnareff, and Iggy would go out to eat like what Avdol promised him. After part 4 ends Kakyoin and Avdol would both replace Jotaro with looking into the arrows with Polnareff and helping Joseph and Holly with there loss. Iggy would also stay with Joseph as at that point Iggy would retire with Joseph. Kakyoin and Avdol would both replace Jotaro in Morioh and the 2 of them being calmer and more patient would not sound like they insult Josuke's hair due to them not having as short of a temper as Jotaro did. The first fight to change would be Aqua Necklace as Kakyoin and Avdol would not change much but everything Jotaro did Avdol and Kakyoin could realistically have done. Akira would also go the same as Kakyoin and Avdol would not battle Akira and would play a similar role to Jotaro. The Rat fight has Kakyoin and Josuke work together instead as Kakyoin would want Josuke to learn how to be more versatile by teaching him what Jotaro taught him. The Kira fight wouldn't change as Avdol would go with Koichi to fight Kira instead of Jotaro and Avdol would use Magicians Red to light a fire on the ground and get took out by Kira which Koichi still goes through his character ark and gains Act 3 and Kira still almost kills him with Avdol waking up instead. Now when it comes to Kira vs Avdol Kira would win and kill him. As for why there are 2 reasons. 1 Killer Queen has better stats as he has better strength, precision, and Kira has better mastery over his stand compared to Avdol. And 2 is that Avdol was weakend down by Sheer Heart Attack and was probably going through even more damage as his fire plus the explosion would cause him to go through more damage so Avdol is killed here by Kira but would be able to send one last cross fire hurricane into Kira but after the attack Kira detonates the switch and Avdol is murdered. Kakyoin, Josuke, and Okuyasu arrive and when Kira goes to escape Kakyoin uses Hierophant Green to catch Kira and and pull him back to the team. Josuke heals up Koichi and Okuyasu stays on guard in case Kira tries to make an escape and Kira be beat down by Josuke and Okuyasu which Kakyoin delivers one last emerald splash to kill Kira and Kira would die a lot earlier because of that. Kakyoin would leave Morioh and both him and Joseph would have been saddened by the death of another one of there close friends Avdol. When it comes to Part 5 Kakyoin would ether send out Koichi to go to Italy or maybe sends someone else out or goes there on his own. Ether way the part ether has no changes or might have changes depending on who Kakyoin decides to send out to check on Giorno. As for part 6 there might not be a part 6 but if there is there are only 3 ways and the first way is instead of Jotaro Joseph has an affair with Jotaro's wife/Jolyne's mom instead (kinda like how he did with Josuke's mom.) The second way is he has an affair but a lot earlier (earlier then the one with Josuke.) And Joseph has an illegitimate daughter around the same time as Jotaro is born and after the events of part 3 she meets Kakyoin and they end up getting married. The third and final way to have a protagonist in part 6 maybe Jotaro has an older or younger sister who lives with there dad and like in the second one she meets and falls in love with Kakyoin. So those are the only way for it to go and with that Kakyoin would be the one goes after instead as he is most likely the one to read Dio's journal in the spot of Jotaro and Pucci would instead mastermind a plan to get Kakyoin to save the part 6 protagonist but however there is a chance they could escape faster as Kakyoin has probably gotten a lot better with Hierophant Green and how to use his fighting style like different versions of the emerald splash, the 20 meter emerald splash, his possession ability, and so many other ways to counter other enemies and maybe even learns how to try to fight against his enemies in close range combat like how characters like Jotaro and Polnareff did. Kakyoin and whoever the part 6 MC is are able to most likely escape Green Dolphin and Part 6 ends alot quicker. But if Kakyoin does get his stand and memories stolen then most likely one of the enemy stand users probably could have Hierophant Green as it seems like a stand someone could be able to control. But I do think Kakyoin does get his disk back with the fights ether being the same or alot more different as the MC could have a different stand compared to Stone Free but I do assume Stone Free would still be the stand as it was similar to Hermit Purple and Hierophant Green and that is being able to untangle itself so it would fit with the story in my opinion. As for the final fight Kakyoin could use Hierophant Green to shoot a few emeralds to deflect the bullets and hit Pucci which might kill Pucci and if it doesn't then Pucci might get killed when he is trying to achieve Made In Heaven which Kakyoin could also use the 20 meter emerald splash to do it and even if he is far away I would assume Kakyoin's ether got more range but wasn't using it that much or he would improve on his range. As for Made In Heaven? I don't see Kakyoin winning this fight and instead being killed by Pucci with ether Emporio being killed after that as the MC probably dies after Pucci throws knives at them to kill them or Kakyoin notices and at the last second shields them from the attack and dies or is able to protect them from the attack long enough for Pucci to kill Kakyoin the same way he killed Jotaro in the original part 6 which the story would go the same with Kakyoin's face being in the sky instead of Jotaro.
