Does using a matte top coat work the same as the acetone?

Hi hi thanks for your question. I have never used a matte top coat only because in order for the blooming gel to spread some form of alcohol needs to be used. When I use the top coat the only reason it worked its because it was wet. But I will experiment with the matte top coat and let you know, you can do the same and I'd love to get your feed back on how it turned out. 💕
