Had to come back here to get my tricking motivation back. This video is where it all started. in the jeff robitaille clip specifically.

dude i started as a junior in high school now i can pretty much do some advanced stuff. ive also landed a job at a gymnastics place and a rock climbing gym because i go so into it. start now.. youll be good in 2 years.
I know it is amazing what we are accomplishing and how much we are moving forward these days.

I was referring to James Mark, Joe Eigo and that Sesshomaru guy.. steve terada is really good, and I don't know enough about the other guys to really comment them. But I used to train with Ryouko, and they all plateaued a long time ago save Chris Mark

Well, there is a technique called "blocking" that allows one to get a lot more height than if they jumped without transfering their momentum properly.
that last trick was amazing!
It's never too late to start.
Though stating young with sports and martial arts is a nice advantage,you can start much later,though it's going to be more difficult.
I myself got into tricking for not too long ago... And i'm 14 years old with an aproximately 7 years of martial arts training.

The sport is tricking, it ownz. Its easy too. Join a community, try to do it, and learn. Doesn't take long, 'course you'r not going to turn out like any of these guys in less than 3 or 4 years.
What would this type of gymnastic be called? and could I learn it at any gymnasium, and does it help with you already do Tai Kwon Do?
