Patterson leas NFL in ypc prior to Chicago . Believe he has all time nfl ypc avg too. 8+ We need to trade Herbert get a DT/DE. Keep vj fir depth. Every time he was used Right....he has above avg productivity. Look at all his good plays. Tds. Reverses screens ..he has good avg on returns. He a RB.

I enjoy your show but remember if you admit it or not the bears tanked 2022 I don’t like to admit it but they tank someone had to lose games that’s why he has been a keeper and did what he was told . Frankly, I'm surprised Velus is still around. Use the roster space to allow other players to demonstrate their ability to be a positive impact not a liability.

I want Velus to be cut for all the reasons mentioned, however I don't think it's necessary to start mentioning how certain games could have been won if he had played better. If that scenario had played out, we win more games because he played better, we would not have been in a position to draft Rome Odunze

If they cut Homer then wheeler is a lock. Velus has been disappointing consistently. He will get the preseason for the final shot, but needs to ball out at least 1 to and no fumbles or drops. Always hoped we could use him like deebo, perhaps the new coordinator has a role for him too but I doubt it

@@russc788 I hear you but it's a lot of cost upfront and these guys aren't multi millionaires. between $152k - $360k to just open a franchise then all the food costs and salary involved and if you aren't familiar with the industry and only want to be a silent partner your cost is even greater. a franchise single owner is only going to net about $130k/yr at best. But hey, it's worth a shot.
