    I agree with Justin Fields! The major reason why the Bears are failed to succeed is Bears ownership, GM and Coaches! This has been occurring for decades.

    Years of losing does that to a franchise. It’s why Dan Campbell has been successful. He’s changed that culture which resulted in wins. That’s why I’m not sure Eberflus is the guy.

    You know what changes a culture.....a franchise QB than wins games. Bears fans still making excuses for Fields. The offensive coordinator was so bad? You ever think he had to run the offense the way he did because of Fields? He was a bust, plain and simple. And as a Packers fan, I was praying that the bears fans got their way and they kept Fields.

    Chicago media is hypercritical. Fans are over loyal and reward losing culture by continuing to pack the stadiums, be it Bears, Bulls, Cubs or Sox.

  • @chicago129
    @chicago129 Před dnem

    Bottom line is culture is created through leadership and it starts with the QB. He never once held himself accountable and at a certain point hinted in a press conference that it was the coaches fault for the teams shortcommings. Sure his running ability inclined people to believe he had "potential," but the fact of the matter is, hes not a good passer and he cant read an NFL defense. Relying on athleticism may work in college, but as we all know, the NFL is a totally different animal where the room for error is much more slim. He Simply doesnt have it between the ears and has surrounded himself with "yes men" too often.

    I dont blame Fields. Poles traded away all the talent and hung Fields out to dry. Things improved now but while Fields was here, the culture wasnt a winning one.

      Yes the culture wasn't a winning one with Fields around. He had a good team last year and just had no idea what to do with it.

    Fields never had a chance in Chicago
    Yr 1 he only played a few games because of the coach and due to his team being injured
    Yr2 Chicago was tanking to get the #1 pick which was then traded for more picks and DJ Moore
    Justin had zero weapons think year and his best WR was 5ft 8 180 lb Darnell Mooney🤮
    And a New head coach
    YR 3 he had one good receiver and a load of 3rd string RBs and a shakey defense
    DJ Moore had his best statistical season and Fields improved in nearly every offensive category
    And the teams win totals improved

  • @patrickdittmer6516

    The Bears Culture isn't the best. The fans are Fickle, the press will crucify you and the QB and offense will always be the scapegoat when the bears lose. They change the coaches, GMs and QBs every few years but then the new GMs and Coaches never build around their QB. This time has been a little different as the GM came in with a plan based on a model that worked and with the offensive weapons they signed only bad coaching and rookie mistakes from their inexperienced signal callers should cause them to fail. Justin has every right to be upset because they finally got the weapons that would have helped him succeed and then they ship him off to another team for a late round pick.

    • @davidlarsen6175
      @davidlarsen6175 Před 6 dny

      Exactly, we don’t want to pay Justin so ship him off. Getsy was pathetic. He shined despite a horrible situation. The Bears cost Justin at least $100 million.

    There can only be 32 starting QBs in the NFL. These QBs are paid tens of millions of dollars per year. It is one of the most coveted careers on planet earth. Justin Fields is not 1/32. Maybe he is a top 100 QB globally - which is very, very good! However, he is not good enough to be a starter. I am an OSU alum and big fan of my Buckeyes, by the way.
