Started with your incremental aim video and I've gone from being unable to hit no scopes to somewhat reliably being able to leverage the sniper in CQC, at least in quick play. Hoping to up my game and take it to ranked 👍🏻

I’m also barely mid since I bought Infinite a month ago (trash with the sniper in all previous Halos and FPS I played) one thing I’m loving is weapon combos. Cuz if I can just tag someone with the sniper I don’t have to rely on headshots if I can just as easily pop, switch to br, pop again. Super useful at BR ranges.
I really struggle with my dynamic click timing. This is helpful.
im not perfect at it, i just like to think im the sum of my best clips with sniper haha. it transfers to bandit and stalker very well

Man, the strafing in this game is ridiculous! hope they nerf it a bit maybe add some inertia or decrease the acceleration. Great vid btw.

but I have changed my settings slightly. Since then, I can easily make another updated one if you'd like :) I'm 900dpi @ 1.1 with some modifications.
No scoping is seriously easy for me, I just cant use the sniper scoped in! It's hilarious to me.

I think a lovely video is how to show people to escape gun fights properly when facing a sudden disadvantage.
Personally, as diamond 2, I can usually predict other diamonds way too often and pick a kill when I shouldn't be able to if they performed proper techniques like aiming down/ having exit route/knowing teams positions and curb sliding through open spaces if need be. There is other things.
Like I know my crouching and dodging mechanics and aiming (and muting my teammates because I don't wanna hear them and I don't want them to hear me) is what holds me back.
The only reason I am even diamond is because I can read my enemies' aggression and maneuver better than most diamonds my rank. So, usually, I have a high ratio of defensive kills or flanking kills.
what do you think is holding you back as a player? also totally going to take this and put it in my list of videos (which is quite long now)

click 2) zoomed ads
click 3) scope out
how to remove the second zoom??
I set it to the middle mouse button for change zoom. probably not the best keybind but it works

I just think the infinite sniper is fundamentally broken. The zoom in is SO aggressive and the aiming just feels strange.

What is your mouse sensitivity set at and what is the DPI of your mouse? Your movements were very smooth and buttery. Wondering if you just have a smooth touch or if your settings are set to smooth out easier.
I have my polling rate set to 250 hz at 900 dpi. my ingame is 1.1 with a mod of 0.9, I believe (from memory). I hope that helps. if you want more help, let me know. I'd be more than happy to help you out if you wanna dm me on discord or join my community.

@@VanadamYT I will have to dig up my Discord info. I had one once that I used to use for game chat, but most games now have in-game chat built in, so I haven't logged in for a long while. But it seems to be prevalent in this community. I only recently REALLY got into it again. I had to take a hiatus from serious gaming right after H4 came out as I started a family. Now they're getting more self-sufficient and I'm getting back into it and getting them into it. It's been a blast!

97 and only -100 vertical :)

I only use 100 plus fov and no scope, any form of ads bother me and makes me lose track because the ads makes me lose the Full vision of the arena.Plus i use RS as aim not LT (melee)
you can use rs no problem, but it means rescope or ads is harder to not affect your aim. Pros still use RS I recommend LT as that's what i changed to in s2
Here is a tip IF you do natrual claw style I swapped left trigger nades to right stick and mapped left trigger as aiming. Melee and equipment is bumpers and crouch is b and a is jump the rest should be self explanatory

What about frames per second? I currently play on 60 fps will 120 help?
120 decreases latency so if you can play at it you should but stable 60 is better than fluctuating 70-90 because you will suffer from varying input latency

@@kylekelly4979 if you're on PC. other than recent xbox issues the Series models display at 120 I believe. additionally make sure you are running a 120HZ monitor or your additional frames wont mean anything because you cant see them
The first time i ran it i did 44.5k then i decided to keep going while i warmed up and got used to the sniper while adjusting my settings until it felt pretty good and I managed to hit 50k. I use a controller, but I cant remember the settings i had and now I can't hit to 35k lol
try pre-aiming and using movement before you scope in!
How to win 3v4 ranked matches?
if its slayer play like a rat and plays with your team. if it's any other gametype prioritise slaying out before pushing the obj. it's very hard to win 3v4 obj.

at about 4:14, you didnt miss, thats trigger delay. its really fucking annoying and once you know its there you cant shake it
I think I slightly underaimed to the left, but trigger delay does suck I'll watch back when I can.
Please pay a little more attention to sound mixing! Your voice is way quiet, and the sniper is really loud. Theres not a comftorable volume to listen to this at
The reason is because you should be hearing the sniper sound in your dreams and be able to train at night. It's genius.

I try to throw any sniper I get off the edge if I'm not near a teammate because I'm so shit at it lol. I WILL however use the sword and skewer. (Sword because GAs are for pussies)

genuine W for throwing sniper off if you can't get it to team mates and can't use it, but you should practice! :)
Hardly ever touched my pc, always played on console. Got halo infinite on pc and let me tell you using sniper with a mouse is just free kills. Almost had no use for scope in team snipers just walked around hitting heads.
can confirm as a mnk main. this applies for sticks, though as well! I use this method for both!
