- Today I flew to the MOST DANGEROUS airport in America! This flight was 20 minutes long, one of the shortest routes for united airlines. Today we were onboard a United Express Crj700 going from Denver, Co to Aspen, Co. Aspen Airport has been named the most dangerous airport and most challenging airport to land at by many articles and in this video, you will see why!

I think telluride is a bit more dangerous in my opinion

Did you walk into the gate area upon arriving into ASE? Or was it a specific door to outside security?

@@MileHigh_Aviation ..WHAT specifically is tough about ‘Aspen’..? Elevation..@ ‘Field’ level?..certainly not the surrounding or IMMEDIATE topography
@@m118lr short(er) runway, only having run runway with all the traffic aspen sees which is probably like 20 times as much as telluride. Then ofc it’s in a valley so there is always wind, the temperatures get very low making the runway icy (also like telluride) they are both very dangerous
