No, That’s not required. We started building when we were just one year in belgium.

How long is the process of buying a land in Belguim please, currently looking into options to buy or build
It depends on when you like the land. For us we took 2 to 3 months to find good land using immoweb and other portals

How much it cost to buy land in Belgium?
it depends on Area and how close it is to centrum... it ranges from 90000 till 150000.. depending on how big u want.. ours was 100000 for 420 meter square
