Looked at 15 different MHK2 videos, yours is the only one to show how to remove the unit from the wall mount (@6:30) so to replace the batteries.
    Thank You!!!

Thank you! A lot of people are afraid they will break it if they pull too hard but with a little bit of practice and confidence, it will become second nature!

There is a triangle with exclamation inside the triangle. I just changed brand new battery. Do you know what's the issue? Thank you

Can you add phone app to this so you can adjust temperatures away from home?

Thanks for taking the time explaining it! Would you say the setting a schedule makes monetary sense? I would assume leaving the unit on all day would use less power than having it off and then blasting up 10 degrees in an hour.

YES! Maintaining a steady temp in the home will be the most beneficial for not only your system, but your wallet as well! Most schedules will have a decrease of temp at night. Dropping the temp 3-4 degrees at night will be the most beneficial as it doesn't create a huge temp make up and will help your system maintain its efficiency.

I have a Mitsubishi hyper heat, ducted system. The air handler fan is ON ALL THE TIME, and blows cold air whenever the condenser is not active!!! there is no way to turn it off, unless i select OFF which also turns off the condenser (or put it on standby). I think the air handler should only be on when the condenser is on. Any thoughts?

My thermostat says WAIT and has the Rx symbol which means connection is lost. How do I fix it?

You can try removing one of the batteries and reinstalling it. If that does not work then I would contact your prefered HVAC contractor for a service call!
