It's powered by usb-c, but it's very picky about where the power is coming from, and even what cable is supplying it. (If you're using the adapter, you must use the cable that came with it. If you're using a normal usb-c to usb-c, in my experience, it only works with my anker battery, no other other usb-c outlet will work. All-in-all, it's a good buy for the price, but if you spend a little extra, it may be worth it.

Unfortunately it does not rotate from vertical to horizontal, because it adopts the resolution of what you connect, that is, if you connect a mobile phone it will go into vertical mode, with my Samsung Galaxy it works fine And the sound is acceptable
Volume works, but not as it should be. I have found, you need too constantly tap the volume up to make volume go up, as it seems holding down button doesn't seem to work as expected.
Touch works through USB C connections too smartphone. It's my understanding touch also works through Samsung Dex. Reason being touch doesn't work connected to PC, because HDMI, and Display Port (DP) doesn't pass through signals for touch. One possibility this could work on a PC, but haven't tested it myself, if you have a PC that has USB-C port, there is chance it may be capable of passing signals for display and touch like on a smartphone.
Got one for programming. I was really in need of a secondary monitor and this was cheap. By far one of my best purchases for the setup. Helps a lot.
