One of my favorite things about Sevendust is that they don't call them "fans", instead opting to call them "friends and family"
And they really mean it. Outstanding group of guys.

I have been to just under 300 metal concerts and I have to say of all the bands I have seen Sevendust hits HARD, they kick the doors open and rip into your chest full blast, it’s insane. Any band following them has huge shoes to fill. The first time I saw them in 2001 they sprung up off springboards when they curtains opened and that reaction is exactly how they bring it the entire time! Then when they are done LaJon comes out to hang with the crowd to be a fan for the next act. He is a for real dude full of life and happiness I have seen them seven times and he introduced me to mark tremonti (his best friend), totally cool dudes you have no idea how humble and gracious they are.

Morgan Rose is one of my favorite drummers. He also does the backup yelling. Great reaction!
He is incredible, his playing has caused long term physical issues but goddamn it's all I could do to take my eyes off him at the live shows.

One of my all time favorite bands. I love how they can be so aggressive and uplifting in the same song.
Clint Lowry (guitarist) was originally a drummer. That's why his playing is very percussive. He and Morgan Rose started the band. Clint writes a lot of the riffs and sends them to Morgan with a basic drum rhythm in mind for him to work with.
I did not know that Clint was ever a drummer. That makes a lot of sense
@Naqw Naqw OP has them mixed up. John Connolly was the drummer and swapped over to guitar.
Hey Hutch, you got John and Clint mixed up. John was a drummer and swapped to guitar. Clint was playing in Still Rain with his brother Corey and was the last guy to join the band. Morgan formed the band with Vince then John, LJ and Clint.
I've seen these guys live. Love them
