CAROLIN THE GIL WITH HOPE?
I love love love your channel. However I too cannot support or even watch anything to do with Caroline Van P or her birds. What she did to Tyler Nolan whilst promoting her book, was downright disgusting. She, if I remember prior to getting the 2 hyacinth macaws used to lock one of the smaller birds in the bathroom all day. She also has hope in a smaller crate on the floor. Or that’s where hope was at some point. She’s a bumbling idiot who discounts and overlooks all her own issues whilst using Click Bait continuously. She actually puts herself above everyone else yet even Birdtricks had issues with her whilst attempting to help her.
Something seriously wrong there. She promotes kissing her birds on the “Butt” and even goes as far as insinuating that only sexually frustrated people advocate not touching your bird below the neck.
If I remember correctly Birdtricks told her not to over stimulate her birds.
I really believe that you are known by the company you keep, so as to avoid been tarred by the same brush. Maybe take a step away from her. She is just drama drama drama. And has zero common sense or integrity

Real Lyrics hi there. She’s just put up a video. It’s disgusting. She pretends to be doing this as she wants to “help” him. Yet proceeds to call him neglectful and basically slanders him from his job, his lifestyle , his treatment of his animals. All because he didn’t reply to his message. She even calls him Taylor. Watch it. The woman is a nutcase.

And I did a bits of research to discover that parrots can also pluck themselves when they have any sorts of diseases, cancers, infections and parasites. While Caroline has improper cages and triggers her birds hormones and touches their butts
Love your work. Sorry, but my first-ever comment is to advise that I am leaving early because of Carolyn’s participation here. She has made herself quite ‘parrot’ famous by hooking up with yourself and Birdtricks and Tyler and appears to have (thank goodness) run to the end of her own tether, as viewers here appear to have had enough of her.
Funny when you said about soaking the food - my parrot Fizzgig never understood when he took his toys and put them in his water, why they didn't get softer... he once had a bowl of water full of plastic army men...

A man in my village breeds hyacinth macaws and currently has 20 in his small stone basement with 0 toys or anything. I hope one day I can give at least one of them a better home.

Caroline has a huge issue with triggering hormones in her birds. That’s probably why Glory has such issues. It’s a people problem not a bird problem. When bird tricks was working with her she seemed like she was totally ignoring the advice on hormonal issues. She likes to sleep with her on the couch. And glory stared regurgitating.
She gives her bird stuff like toys etc that trigger hormones.
I know Caroline care about her bird and they are her life. She just really needs to take the hormonal issues seriously.
To me personally it’s a tad gross to knowingly continue triggering the hormonal behaviors. It’s unfair for the bird who can’t consent.
Caroline is creepy and I feel sorry for her birds. I watched her old video (the only one I watched) when her baby Love got her beak damaged by another bird. Was not only shocked at how it happened I was sickened how she blamed her other bird and was immediately talking about how she needed to get rid of that bird! Even though it wasn't the birds fault, it was her negligence!!! It was also disturbing that instead of just tending to her injured baby she was making a video!! I thought the whole thing was a sick act for a minute then realized it was real 😢🐦💔

@@brokendrug i mean, birds are birds. if you're around birds, you're eventually gonna get bitten because you got too comfortable, or distracted, or whatever... and missed a sign. sometimes it's even things we would consider trivial and insignificant, like wearing the wrong color of nail polish, or changing your hair, or wearing a hat, etc.

I love your content Marlene, and you're actually the reason I adopted my wonderful parrotlet. I don't think it's right to tell you who you can be friends with in real life, but I can't watch videos or support Caroline in any way. She has some very toxic traits, like publicly trying to frame anyone she thinks isn't supportive of her as a bad person. I have family members like this, and I'm worried about you. Please be careful. I'll still watch your other content, but can't support her because of her toxicity and giving harmful advice about hormones and free flight. 🙏
What Caroline has said about tyler is disgusting and I can't forgive someone for that. I can't support her as a person, she keeps her macaws in a very small house and is so irresponsible. All birds are lovely but some people shouldn't be giving advice when their knowledge is so limited and bias for attention.

Coraline said that it was because he only pets his bird on the neck, and that the bird didn't need any medication just love. She's so stupid. And she literally rubs her birds butt.. tikki I agree, Carolyn has turned commenting off, she must have been getting abuse. I think Marlene is in an awkward position of having a friendship with Carolyn and not wanting to see negative comments about her but on the other hand, associating with her is detrimental to Marlene’s reputation. She cannot support this behaviour towards Tyler. It was done for views and it worked. Carolyns advice is against everything we know about bird care and she endangers her birds often. I used to follow her. It’s also a lot to ask Marlene to take on 3 extra birds with no notice. She should have had proper arrangements made well in advance of her holiday. Poor Vinny is terrified of those macaws.

Energy plays a huge role in animal behavior. You and George naturally have a healthy calm energy and that shows in the birds health and behavior. Animals mimic their owners in that way. Im glad your helping Caroline with the birds, I know people are giving you crap for it but the care of the birds comes first. You are such a good person Marlene.

Glory is such a diva. At 4:20 when you talk to her and she is like "who you talking about.. ooh meee??" And then continues on your knee to get into each shot of the camera trying to get her good side. I found that extremely amusing.

NielsGames25 Neglect is when you don’t give something proper care, some people get their children taken away because they don’t feed them and don’t give them the things they need and that’s called child neglect. So she wasn’t giving her parrots what they needed and they died because of her not caring for them right.

I don't own birds, but I have Basset Hounds and 100% relate to the noise and the struggles of training them. It takes a long time of consistent behavior modification to truly train an animal and during that time they make a lot of noise.
I live in a house and found it helpful to introduce the neighbors to my hound puppies so they had a better understanding that they are babies learning their manners and they will be loud but I am constantly training them. Every interaction with your pet -- whatever they are -- is a training opportunity .

the original owner knew about her screaming and if it's true that his wife was very sick which we think is bs it was about her screaming. when Carolyn went to pick her up, Gloria was in a cage screaming but he put all Gloria's stuff outside and probably happy to rid of her. Always do research . he was such in a hurry to rid of Gloria, wow can't believe how he got rid of her so quickly. Gloria does have issues
