For the filming of this DVD, hundreds of old photographs were assembled, audio and video clips were retrieved from the archives to capture the spirit of the group down through the decades.
Projected performances from the past played an integral role in this celebration concert. The atmosphere was electric, with music, stories and poetry flowing from reservoirs of memory - a unique collaboration between the original group and current line-up, a perfect party to celebrate 50 years.
The camera rolled. The magic captured. Enjoy the celebration!
The Dubliners: Seán Cannon, Patsy Watchorn, John Sheahan, Eamonn Campbell & Barney McKenna
Guests: Chris Kavanagh & Jim McCann
Featuring: Luke Kelly, Ronnie Drew & Ciaran Bourke

This year (1962-2022) it should be 60 years union and only one left John and Sean - ohh yes Paddy. It sad Earmonn left us 5 years ago as he as always with Dubliner till to his death.
I am not sure when the concert held in 2012 as the legend Barney left us some months or days after this act.
I am Malaysian live in Ireland for near 5 years (1997 -2002) but Dubliners always some part of Ireland I brought back here home.

@@athull08 Patsy I think is the only one who didn't fit with the Dubs.
His vocal style I just don't think worked at all with the Dubliners.
The way he's singing behind Sean on Whiskey In The Jar is really distracting.
He does a pretty good Auld Triangle but I think that's because he does sing it instead of messing around and talking through the lyrics, and only occasionally stops singing to talk to the crowd, which is something I find very irritating.
