Sir, I just stumbled across this video looking for scraf hold techniques and I'm really glad I did. One of the best instructionals on CZcams. Very much looking forward to checking out the rest of your content.
I've been training kesa gatame for a little while and while I like it I often get pushed away by their opposite hand and then get a leg over my head, I think I had a bad position by watching videos of people with a head straight up to talk to the camera, thanks for the lesson.
A few of my personal rules over 15 years: -only techniques that work on bigger, stronger, faster opponents. -no subs that have higher potential for injury. -no techniques that make my opponents think I’m a dick -no techniques that could possibly get me DQd (even if I don’t get DQd it violates all of the above) I wish everyone well making your own rules

That last technique looks nasty!
Good stuff I like it a lot how you break it down good teaching though !!!!!!
The only thing I disagree with this video is the chest compression tap is that 90% of refs are gonna take it as a neck crank and dq u

If your opponent doest think youre a dick then stop grappling the art doesnt need you making it weak.
Never understood the guys who don’t wear shorts over spats
Looks like Ronaldo got tired of football and switched to Bjj. Jokes aside this was a great lesson.👍
