I loved the watermelon to pie sign! To answer your question about words on the walls... I’m not against it but I use it sparingly and with big impact. Honestly I think having a lot of words around helped my son with reading though. If I have words in my decor I try to go with lyrics of my favorite songs or quotes I’ve found on my own.

I went to my Dollar Tree a few weeks ago and I just happened to hit it just right and they had just put these calendars out so I bought multiples of each one so if anyone's reading this and they need one I will be happy to share I have a ton of them of each kind. I absolutely loved the ones with the pumpkins and the word family on it. And the one before it, I don't think that words on crafts are getting old I think it's sweet.
My Dollar Tree brings these out every July, right before the kids go back to school. So far I have made a bunch of wood magnets with the small squares on the back of the calendar. And one the back of the calendar, there’s a 4”x4” sample page…..I put that on wood with two wood beads to embellish. Love your ideas!
Just love what you did with the calendars the pumpkin pie slices were genius!! Love ❤️ how your creative mind works! This is my favorite channel on here!
You could use smaller scissors (like from a nail kit) to cut out details, such as the stems on the pumpkin page. Also, in the middle of the calendar you will see where the staples are. Remove the staples and cut your pages out with an xacto knife. The pages cut so much neater.
I have a Shadow Box with the door that opens. I'm going to cut my calendar up by the months. Calendar will fit in there perfectly. Will add in some detail items to match that month!! Happy crafting
It is so hard finding these calendars. So I went ahead a bought some on eBay. I believe we just get the left overs when these great items come in at the dollar tree. I live in Georgia. Love all your ideas . Keep them coming . Love Love all. ❤️

I got 4 calendars 😊. That first one is my favorite of all the calendar pages. If you use black cardstock or paint the surface of where you're attaching a calendar page black the numbers won't show 👍 That hack is great!

First time ever I finally got the calendars! So excited to create with them… Just a little TIP Katelyn I have found when you use calendar page that was shared with me you can paint whatever you are attaching the calendar sheet to black and lines and numbers don’t show through.

All of these are super cute! Last year I looked at MULTIPLE Dollar Tree stores for the calendars and ended up buying 1 on eBay for $20.00 This year I bought a box of them on the website instead!

Hi Katelyn! I love your creations! Just a tip... If you paint the base black or use black cardstock under the calendar pages, the black lines will not show through. Please keep sharing your ideas. :)

I love it. Your family sign with the pumpkins came out SUPER adorable. Love the Farm Fresh pumpkins. These all came out beautiful. I like decorating with Fall stuff, not much Halloween. That way it's less I have to change out during a few months time. Thank you for sharing! ❤
I feel incredibly lucky that I was able to get the Farmhouse calendar! It has the most adorable pictures for each month; I can’t bear to cut it apart! I REALLY wanted the truck one, but my DT either didn’t get them, or they sold out instantly. If anyone wanted to trade, I would be happy to swap my Farmhouse calendar for your Trucks calendar!! 🙏
FYI If you paint the board black then glue calendar page on top you won’t see any of the numbers showing through. Also there are a few DT FB groups u could join when u are looking for a something specific you can buy them on in the group instead of having to buy 50 of one item. The name of the group is DT destash. A few other crafters are members as well. In case that is something your interested in. Btw, I love these calendar projects
Just a tip....... I used to frame calendar pics alot and noticed some of the calendar stuff would still show through from the back side so what I used to do to stop that was........paint the entire back of the page black.......just a thin coat will do, and with it all being black the calendar doesn't show through as bad! I used the green truck and put it on a small wooden cutting board from Ikea. I added the metal word Harvest and added a plaid bow. It is really cute.

If you glue the calendar page to black cardstock or paint surface black it helps hide the calendar numbers from showing through the front.
