Not that you need the same thing repeated to you again, but this was insanely helpful. I'm thinking I may be studying to be a data analyst soon but I didn't want to make a huge financial commitment without knowing how the tools worked and this was exactly what I needed to know that I'll love learning all I can about it
there is little financial commitment just take courses online through coursera and earn a certificate through there for data and sql

@chandoo In MySQL, the weekday() function returns the day of the week as an integer value, where Sunday is 0 and Saturday is 6. Therefore, to get the data for Friday, which is the fifth day of the week, you would need to filter the results based on weekday(saledate) = 5.
This is what I observed while going through your class..
No, it starts with Monday for 0.
0 = Monday, 1 = Tuesday, 2 = Wednesday, 3 = Thursday, 4 = Friday, 5 = Saturday, 6 = Sunday.
