- In this video I walk you through my top five add ons for Microsoft Flight Simulator. In my opinion, these add ons improve realism and take the sim to a whole new level. Links to these are found below:

I use the “Thrustmaster TCA Sidestick Airbus Edition” joystick when I fly Airbus and the "Thrustmaster TCA Yoke Boeing Editing" when I'm flying Boeing, or anything that uses a yoke, along with the “Thrustmaster TCA QUADRANT AIRBUS Edition” throttle quadrant with a set of Logitech Flight Rudder Pedals.

Another awesome vid! u should look into FSrealistic because, well it does what it says and that really good. It adds all kinds of vibrations and is 100% customizable and also lets you do walkaround of your aircraft, even better with vr(which i dont have lol) i heard. if u wanna try it hmu :)
FSrealisitc moves your aircraft, doesn't add effects

That’s simtoolkit pro. It overlays the map into my streaming and recording software, so it’s nota actually in the sim, if that makes sense

To me the navigraph account is well worth the cost. I spend about 15 plus hours a week on the sim, so the monthly cost is minimal for the time Im using it.
Hey! I'm wondering if you can make a tutorial video for SimToolKitPro stat and map overlay? I tried looking up tutorials but all of them are for X-plane or outdated
It’s just a url that simtoolkit pro gives you to put into an OBS browser source. I don’t see the map in my sim, it’s only shown to the viewers via OBS, my streaming and recording software

Note on FSLTL it will reduce fps by atleast 5fps so be aware of that

This is why I'm excited for MSFS 2024. They are going to improve live traffic and introduce much more regional content around aiports - not just airplace liveries but airport clutter, ground handling etc - Jorg said they are making assets like crazy to do this, so I'm expecting airports to be much more regional looking - at least in the major destinations - obviously they can't go to the nth degree so one has to raine back expectation here. I'm also anticipating this to carry over to ATC, although we've not heard anything yet.
What about realturb and fsrealistic?
On gsx it says that it has been disabled on the airport by user settings. Anyone else have this, is there a fix?

useable video, but when I try to download FSLTL i can only download A32NX is that the same??
No the A32NX is a plane by FlyByWire - a very good one though! FSLTL can be accessed via the menu on the left, part way down. Basically, you install FSLTL through the FlyByWire installer
I do believe that the tapzi paper plane addon should of been on this list

I’ve been flying on msfs for about 2000 hours
I have a VERY BIG PROBLEM with GSX. I bought it about 6 months ago. I did everything as required and i read the manual but it wont link the folders to the community folder even when it says it's working. I've tried everything and this really annoys me not only because i lost a lot of money but because i really need that addon. I've contacted support and i wrote a message to the forums but nobody responds. I've lost all my hope. I wonder if you could help me or do you know anybody who could.😢 Thank you.
Do you have msfs installed on a different drive, like C: or D:

@@AirNOTT okay. I may have found the solution. The fsdt installer says the community folder is in a different place where it actually is. So it dowloaded two files to the other place. This is really hard to explain but thank you.
@@AirNOTT okay. The thing is that the installer has a wrong path for my community folder so it downloads the links to another place. Do you know how i can change the path in the installer?
How do you get this for the steam version?
It’ll work with the steam edition, I’m on the steam edition myself. The community folder location in a different place to the Microsoft store version, if you google for it, it’ll tell you where to go on your pc
