- Thanks for checking out our AC/DC reaction. This is our first time listening to them, so we decided to start with Thunderstuck since it was one of their best hits. The video got blocked by the record label so we had to put a picture over it since people get angry when we blur the video.

So, yall are watching the video but not letting us see it?
Lol these record labels copyright everything and block everything. We’re lucky to even be able to post this at all, you have no idea. But you can watch live with us if you watch our livestreams. We explain this in the description.
@@BradAndLex how do some reviewers get away with showing the video?
@@neillenet291 not as big probably
@@neillenet291 probably by just accepting the copyright strike.
I hope this is not gonna become the norm, cause I mostly watch it after livestream is allready done and I wanna see your reaction to the video, otherwise it doesn't make sense to watch at all..
"I feel like I've heard this song before..."
Man, there are uncontacted tribes in the jungle that know this song.
Hahahaha
Yes, most uncontacted tribes have radios.
🤣🤣🤣
That was super funny!
There are tribes in the jungle that know this song, because when I listen to this song, I make sure everyone else does too!
This woman a true rocker, hell yeah girl
Seriously, what the hell is she doing with this fool that has a zero sense of timing?
@@derekgarcia1030 what bro 💀💀
I love this woman. She sticks her face out for all the rock lovers!!!
Yeah she's so natural and just herself. I like her!
😉💙⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡💙😉
she's a rocker!
"the guitarist is so charismatic" - hell yeah, welcome to AC/DC
Lex’s face is priceless during the first 8 bars of Brian Johnson’s singing. 😆 Love the genuine reaction! 👍
His vocals melted her face
Having watched several reactions, Lex was born 30 years too late. A proper Rock Chick. Great to see new people loving band's I have seen live.
Maybe she was there in another life time, it is part of her soul....
Never too old to be rock'n'roll!
Trick question- all girls are rock chicks....
She is! Yours sincerely, gen x rock chick!
She gets it doesn't she NO Listening JUST FEEL IT !!
The unmitigated JOY on Lex's face when they hit the solo! I love you guys so much.
She's a total rocker chick!!
Came here to say the exact same thing! This is what every fan of reaction videos hopes to see!!!!
The more I watch these two, the more I love Lex. The genuine love and passion for the music is infectious. I love seeing young people experiencing and enjoying the kind of music I've loved for over 4 decades
This is one of the great bands in human history. They don’t have the most complicated music or the deepest lyrics but they know how to rock and they can get everyone ready to do it with them. I started listening to these guys in the early 80s and I have every album they’ve ever made.
They have a formula that really works and just sticked to it and perfected it.
Their new album is very reminiscent of Highway to Hell/Thunderstruck days
@@stephenbrough8132 how cute. Is your junior high school requiring masks this year?
@@robertdysonn Don't worry - silly joke removed to avoid upsetting the sensitive DC fan who thinks the world needs to know he's a super fan. What a misery guts.
@@stephenbrough8132 I hope you’re getting some professional help. I’m not upset at all it was just a stupid joke you made to me about my name so I threw a stupid one back at you and it looks like you got all bent out of shape, smiles. I wasn’t trying to be a super fan, it’s a comment section and I made a comment.
AC/DC is the purist form of hard rock, the rhythm section is so tight, the riffs are so catchy and straight to the point. Love them, I always put on AC/DC when I got a long drive and then im there in a jiffy it seems.
The fact that they've put out like 18 albums that all kind of sound the same is a testament to the outstanding quality of their musicianship. It doesn't matter if they sound alike, they're all still great.
@@TheLanceUppercut Well, it goes both ways. They show their musicianship by sticking to the same style for so damn long, but they don't because they haven't branched out a whole lot.
@@TheLanceUppercut “what do you say to those who say you’ve put out 11 albums that are all the same?”
Malcom Young: “that’s not true! We’ve put out 12 albums.”
Great analogy. AC/DC kicks ass!!!
Rock n roll, not hard rock. The difference is the swing it has, and the fact that Malcom and Angus say so, lol.
My wife and I have danced together to this for over 30 years. Whenever I hear it I’m reminded how much I love her.. we still sing along and do the head banging.
Any time any ACDC song is on its party time always. These guys are so iconic
Try CRANKING this song while driving in the car...and try not to speed!
Rockers 1st class.
I adore Angus, that schoolboy uniform is his schtick, he always wears it.
God kinda old after he started looking like an senior citizen
In the start he was wearing his own its so cute and he’s adorable
Here's some fun facts about Angus Young :
1) He was born in Glasgow, Scotland on March 31st 1955, he's 66 years old
2) The schoolboy outfit he wears is the one he actually wore at school, he tried various costumes, including a Spiderman outfit, but his sister Margaret suggested the schoolboy outfit and the rest is history
3) Angus is actually teetotal and never touched alcohol in his life, his favourite drink is milk
4) He has also been married to his wife Ellen for 40 years
5) He got his trademark duck walk from Chuck Berry
6)He and older brother Malcolm Young formed AC /DC in Sydney, Australia in 1973, sadly Malcolm passed away in November 2017, aged 64 from dementia
7) Nephew Stevie Young, 64, now plays rhythm guitar in the band
😀 😀 😀
RIP Malcolm Young, 1953 - 2017 🙏 🙏
He wouldn't have enough time to change before practice so he just wore his school uniform , and kept it in the group.
AC/DC is super solid. They've got a ton of great songs.

Seeing someone listen to a song for the first one, and literally “whoop” while listening warms my heart. So much.

Best comment ever 😂
Label execs and legal staff did the down checks.
So jealous of people hearing ac/dc for the 1st time. This is a group that you should react to live versions.
That’s what I said. Anything Live at Riverplate.
My brother was a big fan of them growing up so I went to see them with him at the hard rock in Tulsa I think it was the black ice tour. It was loud as hell lol. It was a cool concert though!
Nah. People always pick the shittiest live versions to react to.
One step at a time. People generally don't even go to a concert until the album has been heard first. First things first.
My first song from them was let there be rock.
Lex’s face when Brian started singing is priceless.
It has always floored me that they were able to find a suitable singer to take over after Bon Scott died. Kinda a miracle. Their voices are totally uniqe.
Even Axl Rose does a pretty damned good job on the current ACDC stuff.
Bon Scott before he died told Angus to get Brian to sing ... and not to accept no for an answer.
Sometimes Lightening does strike twice! ⚡⚡
@@tysonhartle2439 Uh, not really.
@@USGrant-rr2by yeah i agree axl kinda shit with a lot of the ACDC stuff i do however love his voice for GNR songs cause well its GNR you know but yeah i dont like AXL singing the ACDC songs I'll be honest
AC/DC is one of those bands where you just turn it up and start screaming along. 🤣 Loved the reaction!
Nothing beats chanting that intro in person at one of their concerts! It's a whole other experience. I was blessed to have seen them in concert a few years ago. One of the best days of my life.😎🤘
Black ice tour had one of the best stage entrances.
I was just going to say the same thing. We were row 8 on the floor, and I turned around and watched 15,000 people all pumping their arms and shouting thunder.
@@poncandn1 nope
Watching Angus perform specifically - was a highlight of my life for sure. The ENERGY
I saw them during the Black Ice tour. August 14, 2009 at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois.
As an "old rocker" (I'm a 59-year-old white, eccentric gentleman with a family that includes mixed-race, Black, Hispanic and Asian family members) ... Brad and Lex are the real deal. They have the magic. Found this channel recently and absolutely love it. Please keep adding videos. Well done.
Hands down, they are the most awesome band in concert! Saw them in Charlotte in 1988.
When Brad's telling Lex he knows what she's talking about but that look on his face says otherwise :D
"One good thing about music, when it hits you feel no pain" Robert Nesta Marley
The rift, is actually one of his guitar practice exercises! Angus was playing it and just screwing around, the band thought it was awesome! Hearing the guitar exercise by Angus led the band to be Thunder struck! Hence we all have an awesome guitar rift by Angus to be Thunder struck by!
Exact same story behind the sweet child o mine riff.
Love watching Lex's smile slowly grow as the song goes on.
We fans usually say to hear Brian Johnson singing is like someone who has gurgled broken glass and metal. He is truly incredible.
Classic Brad and Lex! Brad's face as he's trying to make sense out of what he's hearing and Lex ready to dance on tabletops!
Brad doesn't understand much. A permanent state of confusion. He can't comprehend anything. Lex is always great.
I was lucky enough to see ACDC in concert in 2001, it left me deaf for about a week but it was well worth it.
Her face during the first minute of singing is priceless XD
Her brain is recalibrating its known extremes of what a human voice can sound like. "Must recategorize everything! This is mindblowing!"
This is the band I don’t give a damn about lyrics, pure groove.
This stream was hands down the most entertaining one you two have ever done.
A few thoughts on what I love and what kills me:
1. I just discovered this reaction channel, and I LOVE Lex!! She has a beautiful spirit! Brad is great, too, but there’s just something about Lex that pulls you in!
2. I love her grape analogy! I don’t feel “grape-y” myself, but I love how organically she feels this song.
3. I have a feeling that I’m going to start watching more of them and look up and realize that hours have gone by.
4. It goes without saying that I LOVE AC/DC!
5. The part that kills me along with many others I’m sure…pausing at the most in opportune moment! TWICE! Granted he didn’t know, but sheesh!
I enjoy these reaction videos so much! Mr. Video is one of my favorites! He’s brilliant lol!
You guys are such the American dream.... 2 awesome people with just a positive vibe. Thanks for your content 🙏
Love the look on Lex's face once she hears Brian Johnson's voice...this song is played a lot at sport events (maybe that's where you heard before?)
Next up, any and all AC/DC. They have an impressive catalog of tunes. Either singer.
What a lick. Shows immense finger strength and endurance, let alone creativity. I remembering hearing this on the radio for the first time the year it came out. I was driving Ocean Dr. in Newport, RI and this just took my soul over. Memorable song.
The pure joy when Lex gets into the guitar riffs. LOVE It!
I love how Lex explains stuff, your so pure
"Big Balls" is a must brad and lex.
The wide eyed wonderment of Lex is infectious. The imagery she has is inspired.
Lex's reaction is priceless. Love you guys and its great to see y'alls reactions. I was a single Dad in the late 80s and 90s and after i put the kids to bed i often listened to my 60s and 70s music after i put my kids to sleep. My kids are now in their late 30s and they have raised my teenage grandchildren on this music and its great watching y'all keep the old music still alive
You two are becoming 100% headbangers - welcome to the club!
Brad's key skills, "accepting" songs and pausing during build ups to totally ruin the build up
🤣
I agree BAN THE PAUSE
🤣🤣 He is the undisputed GOAT at it
🤣🤣
You have to pause it or CZcams will take the video down
Yes I was in the US Army.....this is about when AC/DC where Touring and stopped in a TX Town went to Killeen TX ....Met Army guys in the Bar....They told them there Job...they Invited them and took them to FT Hood TX....to a Live Fire M1 Tank Firing Range! Listen to the words!!!!! AC/DC Rocks! This Song gives me goose Bumps every single time! It reminds me of How I felt and How THUNDERSTRUCK/AWESOME and IT ALSO BRINGS TRUE FEAR TO YOUR HEART every single Ranger / ARMY Live fire I have been involved in over 22 years of service and 2 Wars in my Career! They also added the time they had with TX Women! LOL. You truly see the Power of US Army in Action!!! Period! Love You all...God Bless You!
“Super clean and vibrant”. Great description. The guitar duo of the Young brothers is unparalleled in rock in my opinion.
Once again, Lex has come through with an amazing description of a voice! This is why I love this channel so much! You never disappoint!
that look on Lex's face when he started singing: priceless
Lex is a treasure! we all love Brad too. (no offense intended toward Brad)
Teach him Lex, she is so natural, love this young lady, you cannot fake the fonk!!!!!
The singing style is called VOCAL FRY. The term is used in vocal lessons.
The force of nature that is Angus Young with that guitar intro is just insanely good and fast then Brian Johnson starts singing and the one-two combo floors you.
I love how Lex bouncing on the couch literally makes it look like Brad is more into the song than he comfortable expressing!!! You guys are awesome.
This song was the inspiration & paint concept for a hot rod of mine in the early '90s. Car was a 1954 Chevy Bel Air. Four inch chop top. Handmade custom chassis. Full-body rollcage. Supercharged 454 engine. Paint was Midnight Blue metallic with Charcoal "storm clouds on the roof. White Pearl "lightning" tracing from the clouds to various points of the lower body.
You are not allowed to hold back when you listen to AC DC, the music speaks to your soul and makes you rock on and dance.
GREAT REACTION FROM YOU BOTH. Never disappointed with you two.
"Sounds like grapes" is never a string of words I've imagined being strung together.... and like the song, it's a bucket of pure awesome!!
AC/DC has a long string of hits and Thunderstruck was the instant classic for me.
PS - You guys are also a pure bucket of awesome
Me too, I wasn't expecting that comparison, but oddly enough I understand exactly what she's trying to say😂
Glad I wasn’t the only one stuck on the grapes description. I think we need a better explanation :)
I thought it was a brilliant description!
Lex's face was a picture! Proper confused n Thunderstruck! Adorable.🥰
Get it!!! her face says it all, don't question the rock, just feel it
"That's a winner, right there." Subscribed. You two are a very compelling couple to watch discover new music.
I’d say a really great and different song from AC/DC would be “hell’s bells” and I think you both will love it. Keep up the great work! You two are awesome!!!
One of my favorites
It’s my favourite.
Hell yes
I worked the barricade for AC/DC at the Fox Theatre in Atlanta GA for the 4th show of the Back in Black tour in 1980. Found myself trying to keep the groupies off of Angus during a set break while he was playing "Bad Boy Boogie" from a huge man's shoulders. Sweat flying everywhere- the concerts are absolutely WILD
The moment brad heard that voice and cracked a smile .... boom ! Hooked ae brutha
AC/DC is an Australian band that got huge in the 70's till this day. This song is from the 90's I think with their second singer Brian Johnson from the UK. I personally like the first singer Bon Scott a bit more, he died from alcohol after their biggest album to date. But came back right away with the album Back in Black & the song of the same name made them even bigger. "back in black", "shoot to thrill" & "hells bells" with Brian Johnson please & "Livewire", "T'n'T", "Dirty Deeds done dirt cheap" & "highway to hell" with Bon Scott thx.
I agree with everything you basically wrote, it's just that the way you wrote it makes it seem like Bon Scott came back right away ..... FROM DEATH. Had a good chuckle there. I'd also add the song "Big Balls" from Dirty deeds. Have a nice day mate.

Can't ever go wrong with It's a long way to the top(if you want to rock n roll)
My favourite singer of AC/DC is Bon Scott who was their second singer but is AC/DC an Australian band since only Phil Rudd & Mark Evans was born in Australia
So was Bon Scott and Young brothers from 🇬🇧
Lex, I love your joyous laugh. You two have great energy. It is fun to see how different your tastes are sometimes. Thanks for the smile you two always put on my face.
Lex... you're one hell of a Rock & Roll Girl! 🤘🤘🤘
(I'm not sure if you realize it yet, but I can see it in your expression.)
I love her descriptions of the sounds she hears in music
One time a reporter asked the frontman Brian Johnson how kept his voice so strong. Brian replied by saying " Whiskey and a pack of cigarettes a day!"😉
Brian used to be the frontman of a band called Geordie. He has a unique vocal style.
I love how Lex gets it!! You go young lady!!
You need to see a live version it will blow your mind. The audience all scream/sing the thunder! It's amazing. To see them is amazing!
The look on Brad's face when Lex tries to explain the sound is like trying to describe rock and roll to someone who prefers Kumbaya.
Y'all are awesome! Your faces say it all, but your commentary gives me the giggles like no other. My personal favorite AC/DC song is "For Those About To Rock (We Salute You)". Keep the reactions coming. 💙 from Texas!!
So glad I found you guys. I never got into reaction videos but Lex brings so much joy and reminds me of all the great music I grew up with.
Lex, YOU’RE like grapes! You’re your own thing! Much love and continued success Brad & Lex!!!
I watch these first reactions to AC/DC just to see the look on their face where they hear his voice is magical
you guys should do a reaction to the "2cellos" version of this...i think you guys will absolutely love it. it's one of the few classical instrument covers that really blew me away.
Loving your content guys :)
That 2Cellos are good. So different but so similar.
There's a bluegrass version which is really good also.......best banjo solo ever
This version is fun too... czcams.com/video/SYSxOj6W7IQ/video.html
Even the Steven Seagulls version is great!
Exactly what I was thinking - I remember my first time seeing that - I was gobsmacked!
I was not expecting Brad to be the one so Thunderstruck!!! Lex's face and excitement was amazing the whole time. A blast as always.
Brings back memories of The keg parties in the 80s ACDC rocking through the woods of the Northeast. I'll go back to the 80s in a heartbeat what a beautiful time.
Lex is a metal girl..... Love her reactions.....
Lex, your analogies are so creative and interesting!
Thank you for the fantastic live last night! You kept it all within the same general genre and even reacted to one of the best songs of all time. Thank you for talking to us, following our suggestions, and keeping the stream “old school” for us old people 🤣🤣🤣 You guys are the best!
Loved seeing Lex get totally into Free Bird guitar solo. Only thing missing was a better Bon Scott video.
@@annaoswald5943 I completely agree. I was so disappointed the Johnson crowd was strong last night. Ride on is probably my favorite song by them, then pretty much anything Bon Scott sings. He’s hands down the better singer all around.
@@annaoswald5943 yeah i always try and convince people to react to the official audios ( and the music videos of course) of most Bon Songs just for the sake of quality. The Hippodrome performance of TNT is ok but it doesnt mean anything to anybody trying to understand the song more or less hear it. As a die hard AC/DC fan we love to see it but just for clarity for new incoming fans i always advise the studio version.
The absolute pure joy that Lex shows while listening/watching this is priceless.
I saw them in Warsaw in 2016. On the night there was a huge thunder storm that carried on during the show. It was an indoor arena but the whole crowd was still soaked to the skin, steam rising and there was thunder and lightning outside, the whole place felt plugged into the power grid and the polish crowd was beyond crazy in the best possible way, a night to remember.
PS love you reaction videos
I'm sure you guys have heard it before. AC/DC songs are regularly used in action movies such as Ironman. Guitar riffs from AC/DC are classic.
Lex is awesome! Love the way she explains things. It's weird how some reactors post daily and don't get blocked and others do :\
Lexxy just lights up all wide eyed when she hears those guitars tearing it up, I think she means "gravely voice".
I was never a huge fan of AC DC until I heard the Thunder. Now I hear it all the time.
I was 8 when I first heard this song. I can’t imagine what it feels like to hear AC/DC for the first time, it’s been 31 years since I felt that feeling. I guess this is why we come
Lex's face during this reaction is everything.
Fun fact:
The basis for the song is a guitar practice lick that the two brothers (Malcolm and Angus Young) on guitar used to do, it developed into a song.
I'm so glad I'm listening to this with headphones right now so I can hear the separation of the guitars with you all. The production is so sweet!
Brad, Lex will lose her mind if she listens to AC/DC Big Guns. Be like jumpin of the walls lol Try THAT reaction! It was also featured in an Arnold action movie!
You should do the Live At River Plate version. That's the most energetic thing ever.
Description
Doninngton is a much better performance
They did TNT at river plate
@@cdm46290 Nope. And the crowd at Donnington is shit compared to the River Plate's. And Phill Rudd is not in it.
@@DjDMA hard disagree. Donnington is a better concert in every way. Better vocal and instrument performance, better crowd, better quality audio, better stage, better camerawork. Rudd would be nice but slade is a better drummer in terms of skill. The band is at their peak at donnington.
I went to the "stiff upper lip" concert in 2000 & they played this, the cannons on stage.. booom.. hell ya!!
Lex's enthusiasm bouncing up and down is so contagious. Glad Brad likes it too. ACDC is a great rabbit hole to go down.
