Really interested in this product! Quick question though, (might be a stupid one) you don't actually have to have a tape running do you? I've seen with other simalar devices the camera itself has to be recording onto tape simultaneously as the device records. Any advice would be appreciated 🙏🏻
I have the immersion power play dvr hooked up to my vx2100 and I’ve never ran tapes with it and it records fine, I’m sure it’s the same with the one that he’s running (hopefully that answers ur question lol)
