Or Smoothie King.. Juice is sold for $6 for an 8oz juice in popular areas. The profit margin is incredible if you purchase your produce in bulk and after you hit your break-even.

This is AWESOME! We hope to begin documenting our own food truck renovation in the coming months! I have to admit it’s really intimidating. talk to me about your generator. I assume being a juice bar you have a lot of things that require refrigeration. Do you have power running 24/7 to the truck to keep your produce cold or are you moving your ingredients in and out everyday?

Me and my wife have been talking about getting a food truck for about 7 months we looked at a bunch of them , and down the road from our kids and grandkids we found a truck that was pretty much equipped so instead of borrowing from our bank I got it out. Of my retirement funds so I have enough bills and don’t want to have another note we are so close to the last few inspections and permits for the city of Corpus Christi, it is going to be Texas Hunger Resource we pray to god look forward to meeting great people.work work work

Like I’m cluelessly trying to open a dessert cafe in the next year or two and I mean I’m not terribly clueless, I’ve looked at my local health departments website and I’ve been brainstorming on the concept....but I’m not sure where I should truly start.

What kind of area are you in, I know in califronia the industry is really over saturated iwith food trucks but in some mid west areas maybe like indiana, kansas city, idaho, their is still good opportunities.
***** there has been one that opened up in the suburb i live in, and it was such a hit it has its own restaurant now. It was a mexican taco truck, pretty good shit to. Parked outside of a gas station/bars at night, which really lured in a bunch of people.

Is it normal to have a food truck with many different food making supplies to cost 61k$ if so I don’t have that cash how do I make cheaper
I leave to pick up the step van that is to become my food truck Gourmet Galley. I fly to Denver from Philadelphia make my way 7 hours to Telluride. Then I start my 32 hour drive home.

This is a great idea for the juicing truck, but you’d be shit out of luck if you had a food truck that has a grill and oven, the inspector would not approve of the panels you put up on the walls (why you see stainless steel on everything)
That’s why it’s a juice truck - not a food truck.
For anyone watching this that’s building a truck - always submit proposed plan review to local health dept before beginning construction.
