- Join me on a day in my life as a medical student at the University of Nottingham medical school (UK)!
In this vlog I have a full day on placement (and it happened to be the day I took my first ever bloods from a patient!). Hope you enjoy this short and sweet vlog (there will be many more to come!)

A bit about me:
My name's Lucy and I'm a 4th year medical student studying at the University of Nottingham in the UK! My course is 5 years long meaning I'm in my penultimate year!
I post every Wednesday at 5pm about topics I am passionate about: med school, productivity, mindfulness and exercise.
It's so nice to watch medical students from different parts of the world. 🙂
Yay love your vlogs Lucy! I start first year of medicine next week and I’m so excited/nervous x
Yay I love these videos! I hope you Had a good day! 🙂
im in year 12 but hoping to go to med school when im older !! loved this video xx
We med students in the US barely get any blood draw experience in medical school!
Really? I thought american medical schools were really practical. 😳
hi i love the video, how comes you guys don’t wear medical scrubs x ?
Thank you so much! It depends on the hospital trust you are in! Most of the placements I’ve had this year I have to wear scrubs apart from the one in this video :)
Nice blocks...
Hi
