- I'm a bit late but waiting a whole day and no one translating it made me go crazy so i did it myself! and 4 minutse and 20 seconds (around 3 hours of work wut) i got a link to watch it with subs-
but it was actually very fun to do so i finished it today! using google translate camera and writing everything myself i made this anddddd youtube will probably take it down some time so here's the google drive hehe

The new animation isn’t bad honestly yes it could use some work but it definitely isn’t as bad as some people make it out to be
Exactly! It isn’t bad, it’s just different, the only reason it feels like a downgrade is because Flying Bark (the previous animation studio) have an insane style that uses traditional animation to make everyone smoother and bouncy, while this one uses puppet rigging im pretty sure? That it’s just more stiff by nature.

It ain't bad but the intro with flying bark's animation and the new animation made me physically cringe

Bro in reality the animation is better than I expected, it isn’t so good like the other seasons, but they did a great job, and in my opinion some scenes are just, so cute, like wukong hugging the cloud,

Ohohohoh interesting, in seasons 1-4 there was a different animation studio called flying bark who drew it frame by frame (same ones who animated rottmnt) and the animation is absolutely insane!! Lego® changed the studio to this one (wildbrain) and beside using puppets they're doing a pretty good job, so if the animation draws you in, be ready for a real eye candy with the rest of the show! (And the plot and characters themselves are so amazing and fun to watch)

The main deal is staging.
The perspective shots are a lot more flat and the characters are drawn a little off due to this studios Story boarders not being as good

I feel like the animation has improved since the last two episodes, I think the animators have gotten used to the style? Also I feel like I saw some 3D being used in some scenes

The animation definitely downgraded a LOT but I think people are being really harsh, it’s still watchable
@Valerie_Valkyrie72 it was the shock from it being dropped out of nowhere, and everyone expecting the animation we had up until now because we weren't told anything else. and some of the trailer honestly had some very weird looking shots that when you see them as part of the episode they don't look so bad but detached like that made them worse
