- I updated my Palpatine's Arrest level yet again with yet another complete overhaul. This time I made a completely custom area for Palpatine's office using the level modding tool BrickBench.
Additionally, I also replaced the hub room the levels are in with a modified version of Dexter's Diner from LSW1.

not really. the game was going off of early drafts of the movie's script.
so it's possible this part didn't exist in the film.
Why Not they just make a DLC Level Of It also We need a DLC Level of destroying the Death Star
And a DLC Level Of battle Over coruscant and more that TT Games Forgotton And Also TT Games Need To Make The Levels Longer I Want This Game Better plus I was talking about Skywalker Saga DLC Not Complete Saga
@@coreysownyoutube582 Lego Star Wars 1 came out in 2005 and The Complete Saga in 2007. DLCs were not that much of a thing back then

I like how Anakin starts off standing next to Palpatine, which was in the original script of the movie, since it’s similar to how the devs only had early drafts to work with when making The Complete Saga and included things that were cut from the movie.

There is something really dark about Anakin just standing by as Palpatine attacks all the Jedi. Like they look in horror as the strongest Jedi doesn't intervene as a Sith is mowing them down.

tbf the other jedi are going at them one at a time which is kinda horrifying. These are the BEST of the Jedi and yet they're so dumb

His apartment “room” and its not a room or an office, its his suppressive throne. Slowly losing his mind watching the jedi. Which is why he looks like a crack bitch in episode 3 when he fights yoda.

Even the Skywalker saga game didn’t include this fight, but the fact that only Mace and Kit were in the cutscene and not the other two masters makes me believe it was going to be, but it got cut.
I was just playing that earlier and was so excited to play that scene. Mad I couldn’t lol
Anakin was actually originally supposed to already be at the office when the Jedi arrived, so I guess this has that same context.
And Anakin doesn’t do anything until Mace Windu does something, how accurate. 😂
I liked the detail that Mace Windu falls next to the window when he has only one heart
The sad part is that even in the new lego game, they still didn't include this level.

absolutely adore this, the fact that we got a model from 2011 into an 07 game is incredible. However, I feel like there's more you can do to make this feel like an official level. Most boss battle levels have some element of a level or puzzle solving as well as the battle. In LSW2's case, this often resulted in gameplay between phases, but I think since this is a prequel level, it should be more like LSW1, where the boss battle is saved until the very end, all at once. It'd probably add significant work, but I like to think it'd go a long way :) Maybe have anakin make his way to the chancellors office? idk. womp. hope u had a nice thanksgiving, and have a nice day Master Jedi. I get where you're coming from but I personally like how it's only focused on the boss fight with no "filler". But more content is always nice, yeah
That'd be cool. I love how the mod has Dexter's Diner for that LSW1 feel
They could have them follow mace into a different part of the building, giving them more space to have puzzles.

I would say that the fight should have a more LSW2 style, primary focusing in fighting the "Random" Master Jedi(and they would have 2-4 hearts to be more faithfull to the original where Sheev just destroyed them), then the Mace Windu Fight would work similiar to Jedi Destiny, so where would be Puzzles where Anakin and Palpatine would have to use force puzzles to reach Mace.

This is amazing. Palpatine's arrest was already great but at this point, it's a legit level. And seeing Dexter's diner in TCS is a dream come true. I always felt like the hub world was too small in TCS compared to the previous two games.

You actually ported the main room from Dexter’s Diner. That is amazing to see that in TCS. It would be nice to have Flo/Wanda (whatever the name for the WA-7 droid is) roaming around there.
So cool to see modders make their own levels, kinda makes me wanna see "Battle Levels", were famous battles are bought into the game, you play as Clones, Stormtroopers, Rebels, etc, just taking part in the fight.
Also, still to this day, i wish the AI team did more, like attacking and actually defeating enemy AI lol
Not only was this extremely well done, I would argue this was better then the entirety of lego Star Wars: the skywalker saga. The design for palpatine was well done, and the simplicity of it honestly made the mission that much better (less is more). This should have absolutely been in the OG game(s). Very well done!

Skywalker Saga is a little overrated if you ask me. Really damn good, but overrated and Complete Saga is still a better game overall imo.
This is amazing work as someone who has tried game dev work before. The recreation of the LSW aesthetic is incredible. But my one nitpick is I think the playable characters should be Anakin and Mace.
Love how each jedi gets harder and harder to beat. And you get four extra characters to boot!

It's cool. Could use some more breakable brickbuild stuff in there or some hidden rooms with puzzels for minikits but amazing nonetheless.

If you wanna have alternate missions or another game, have your villian missions, but in the main game it should operate with some consistancy

this level is a little short. If modders can make custom cut scenes then it should show Anakin turning into Darth Vader, then go off and execute order 66 on Jedi temple.

Now we just need some completely custom cutscenes and we’re good to go… I know it might be a lot to ask for, but once we can make new character animations and unlock the full potential of this game, imagine being able to also make new dedicated levels and chapters for the sequel trilogy in the classic style. I’d never have to go back to The Skywalker Saga ever again. (Not that it’s bad, but you have to admit it’s pretty disappointing on certain aspects)

- Cutscene of the Jedi’s Entering the Office
- Palpatine Kills Tinn and Kolar (Lego Style)
Part 2
- Kit Fisto and Mace Windu vs Palpatine
Cutscene of Anakin arriving and helping Palpatine kill Windu.
Probably also have a scene of all the Jedi’s crying over Mace Windu or something like that.
I can excuse Palps for being a Sith lord, but I draw the line at killing Kit Fisto. Not cool.
