I would call that a submission, the only reason Craig gets out is because his student decides to have mercy on him and not break his ankle in training.

Obviously tiredness etc matter and this is training, etc etc. BUT it was interesting how many tie ups attempted to score by going behind (and all failed, with the possible exception of one of Chen's which Craig rolled out of) and the successful takedown by Nicky sought to control legs/hips from the front rather than go behind and risk a scramble.
I'd llike to see Nicky Ryan winning everything in competition.
