Fishin for bass in pea soup

This little pond is in some kind of algae bloom that`s turning the water into pea soup. Apparently it wasn`t bothering the bass, but it looks awful.
I almost didn`t fish it partly because of the pea green color and partly because of the heat. It was like 95 degrees and high humidity with barely a breeze. Glad I casted! Ye old Mule fishing Jack worm got business taken care of, the dark purple woem showed up well in the pea soup.

I prefer cream of crab soup but looks like those bass like pea soup. Both nice but 2nd one was a big ol fatty. Nice

Geez, is that algae or some chemical runoff? There still thick bass in that soup bowl.

Some kind of algae bloom i think. Probably triggered by the herd of geese that shit constantly in there
