  • 068 - Acid-Base Equilibrium
In this video Paul Andersen explains how acid-base chemistry can be understood in terms of equilibrium. Water is present in all acid-base chemistry and is amphoteric in nature. The Ka and Kb values can be used to determine the strength of an acid or a base. Titrations can be used to student neutralization reactions between strong and weak acids and bases.

Thank you so much for your video. You make chemistry not as daunting and scary as it may seem, I wish all chemistry teachers were as great as you. It brings me so much relief to actually understand what's being taught as you introduce the topics gradually and interestingly in your videos, instead of simply throwing definitions and problems at students. You remind me why I'm fascinated with chemistry, or just science in general, in the first place and that a deep knowledge of these subjects is indeed attainable.

Holy saint Stephen Hawkin will not be pleased to know cool kids are infiltrating the protected realm of scientology. Religious people aren't allowed either shhhhhh
