His paper is a weird mix of puns and arcane references. He's a well-known local eccentric who fancies himself as a Merovingian heir. I'll have to dig up the paper. It's kind a rambling mix of esoteric-sounding bravado and numerology....hard to know exactly what he's saying to be honest, both on paper and speaking. He was berating the crowd, trying to school the visitors who were more annoyed than anything else; Also, as you note,I used LaVey's Satanic Mass in this.
