That's simply wrong tho. He was favorite against khamzat 6 months ago when he were calling him out. You can actually see a lot of potential match-ups odds and real odds if the fight happens, almost always the same odds.
Also, you never bet in a fight so why do you comment such a r-tarded take? How do you know he'd be the underdog? Do you go and watch him spar against guys like Marvin Vettori in American Top Team? Cuz I do and I know the results.

Cody is in decent shape and has been training , yes hes not the best mma fighter but to have him as such an underdog is always wild. Bo should be the favorite for sure but the line is so big no one deserves to be this big of a fav. Theres always a chance of DQ, Injury , getting caught , gassing out ,bad weight cut etc.

His wrestling is clearly on championship class. The thing is so far in the UFC ,in contrast to Chimaev, even ending his matches inside the first five minutes the result is usually underwhelming. Jamie Pickett gave him more troubles than what fans expected, and there's also the groin shot TD in that fight. Val Woodburn was a KO but was a short notice opponent although reminding everyone he has hands. Then we got Cody Brundage, was a step up in competition but is not really a notable fighter either. And is in this last fight that I think it's evident he is still somewhat green in the game, still struggles to put everything together. But eventually he's getting there and he's a problem to everyone in the division

I disagree with comparing ben askren to Gregor at 9:20 Ben was a one show guy but Gregor could of walked through the division if he wasn't so busy fishing and picking his fight. Cody Brundage was on a 3-fight losing streak, 2 of which were early finishes and 1 was a UD against the criminal himself Sedrique Dumas. He then got his arse beat by Jacob Malkoun, so bad that Malkoun ended up throwing an illegal elbow accidentally and was DQ'd, Brundage was GIFTED a win. Then in his next fight against a very green guy, cody tried to take him down and IMMEDIATELY got put in a locked in triangle, which he slammed the guy for because his BJJ wasn't good enough to stop that. They're obviously bringing him along slowly. Probably too slowly but look at his total minutes of fight experience. It's nothing. So yeah I hope if he handles business at 300 he gets somebody in the top 15. He talks big but so do a lot of other fighters. So far his performances have backed up the hype. As far as he doesn't deserve to be on the main card, that is ridiculous. The main card is about having fights that people will pay to see. Like it or not Bo is a major star already. Can that change if he starts losing...yes. However for right now at least he's a star. If he starts knocking off top 10 or 15 talent he may very well become the face of the UFC. Especially if he keeps finishing his opponents. The crazy thing is he's never even been hit yet and we don't know how he'll handle that.
