In this particular video.... we run into the town of Williams for a quick supply run & some breakfast at one of my favorite restaurants, then I give an in-depth tour of RV Home Base and our rainwater collection system after El Nino winter, then we head over to our neighbor's property to celebrate her birthday.
Welcome to my channel PandaMonium. My name is Ausia and my dog's name is Moo-moo... my rig is the Lucky Panda, a 28ft 2018 Coachmen Leprechaun towing a 2008 Chevy Colorado or sometimes a trailer and 2014 Can-Am Maverick 4 wheeler. I live full-time in a motorhome off the grid with 700ah of Battle Born lithium batteries and 950 watts of solar. My channel is about living and traveling in my RV to different locations across the U.S. with various friends that I call my tribe, where we camp, hike, bike, paddle board, 4 wheel, go to events and venues, eat at different restaurants and explore new places. Certain times of the year I'm at my homestead in Williams the high desert of Northern Arizona where we are working on projects, homesteading, gardening and try to practice permaculture and being off grid & self-reliant. Just wanting to be honest & open I am transgender and part of the LGBT community. I welcome anybody with an open mind and heart.

Since your going to redo the bar area maybe save the wine bottles and/or beer cans as a wall base and justv Cement them in as a wall (ive seen this before it was pretty cool looking)

I like the idea of moving the rv to the new spot, Yes it will be a little work, i like the idea of the windbreak from the trees . i cant wait to see what you come up for the bar area, If the frame is not broken on the round table turn it into a giant dream catcher. Stretch chicken wire across it and hang bits and bobbles on the chicken wire .

My vote would be to keep it where it is. I LOVE a mountain view!, but you have to choose what will make you happiest. So excited about the summer travel. I hope you will be WA bound to spend time with Scott and Terri. Thanks for another great video.

Iveco is an Italian brand of light and heavy vehicles and the vehicle you have seen comes from Europe. You can know which country on the license plate, the letters in the blue part of the plate. I think it was NL for Netherlands.

That's a nice spot for the RV, but I don't think I'd want to go through the hassle of moving the crystal tree and all those rocks again. Lol.

Looks pretty good considering the winter was pretty harsh. Most things made it ok. I didn't see the see through wall, must have missed it. Good thing is, you have enough room to puck a couple places to switch off where tou want to park for a change of view. 🙂👍

Everything looks pretty good! One thing I thought of when moving your rig closer to the trees - didn't Jimmy have a problem with rats when he was closer to the trees? Just a thought..There's not a bad spot on your property for your rig - change it around, you don't have to stay in the same spot - move a table, some plants, where ever. Just enjoy!
True but that tree did have a packrat in it. Luckily, I dont believe these do 👍

not sure the wood framing on the bars could handle the weight of cement tops, you could do some super cool epoxy tops that would be lighter and totally waterproof.

Yes sometimes that is true but i don't think there are anymore rodents in center camp

When there's lack of store's it's more expensive. So you don't stay in Panda when your not there? Where do you stay when it's winter? It's been a long time since I visited so you have another RV it looks like? Good to see moo moo. I like tree's that's what I would do blocks hot sun and storm's I'd plant more trees anything that would grow. I haven't seen Terry & Scott either. Your place is coming along nicely and it's great you have someone looking out for the place while your not there. I didn't know you had another channel. So good to have friends. I bought a house in Fair bluff NC I'm sure you heard of it my house is right across from the lumber river if you & a couple of friends are in the area and need a place to park your always welcome here I don't have a lot of land it's a half acre and I'm getting ready to put up a 4 ft deep pool. I'm selling my RV and a 19 ft pull behind that's taking up room right now. I know you had a house in Myrtle Beach I'm not far from there I actually clean House's and condos in the summer and make pretty good money down there. I'm a single female I have 2 dogs a cat and my 20 year old granddaughter stays with me she has a bearded dragon LoL.

$13.99 For a pancake breakfast to me is still to much for me. I also think they serve twice to much. Just give me half as much food for half the price and I will come back more often. Win Win. At todays prices I only go out to a restaurant 1X a month I guess it shows my age I`m having trouble with this inflation stuff :( Just started Social Security in 2021. Cant fight greed!
Agreed. Being on a "half pension" and SSI, I can't afford to eat out.
I understand I started SSI last June. And I do not eat out. I can’t do it. Even a slice of pizza here is $5.00.

Weather can do a number on things outside. I have a lot of big trees and with the winds we have had I keep praying none of them fall down to do damage. Until you get the washing machine fix at least you can use the one in your RV. I'll have to hop over to the other channel to find out the rest. Glad you got home ok. Like the look of the door that goes into the shower and utility room. Cake looked real good and y'all had a nice birthday party for Nicole. Teri has a birthday coming up I think on the 27th or there about. I finally made it to 75 on May 12 and excited about it. Hope you get some rest. Hugs to Moo moo.

Well, can see a lot has will go on. But remember all RV's and such leak oil and others fluids . Parking any vehicle that close to inside your garden. Some mechanic usually use discarded cardboard to catch the dripping leaks so want contaminate the surround area. Ron use to park his car up backyard , when finally mover oillly very very hard ground, I noticed weeds are filling in the bald spot I believe last position you were in, at end of your stay, that area flooded, right at your door.😊

So if you move your RV closer to the deck area, will it be too noisy when you have a large gathering event? Will you be able to have a good nights sleep at those times. If noise is not a problem then give it a try. You wont know until you do.

The plug on your overflow pipe is called a “scupper plug”. We use them on boats, ships, and barges. Why are you plugging your overflow piping? That defeats the purpose of an overflow pipe.

It looks like when the plug is in, the rain water "overflows" into the big tank.
It's not an overflow pipe it's the first flush pipe meant to catch debris 😊👍
