Although the Tilbury HFF and Auric Glow Lust are similar. I think for those with dry skin might benefit more from the Auric Glow Lust since it contains squalene which is a hydrator.

I ALMOST didn't post this video.. This was a refreshing demo. No gushing, no fawning just a demo and explanation. I have a hard time trusting influencer reviews of other influencer products because it's a conflict of interest in many cases. You walked the line very nicely! Also, I saw nothing wrong with your lip lol. Wouldn't even have noticed.

I bet these are nice but if you already have the CT products they aren’t need! If these aren’t superior to the CT, I think i will stick with CT even though I do like Samantha! Hope she comes out with other great products too!

Your face looks so glowy, healthy and pretty even without the luminous primer! Im so jealous, my skin is beyond dry even with the CT under my foundation lol. I really do think the CT looks exactly the same, is the Auric the same size? Because if it’s not bigger then it’s definitely not worth paying more than the CT.

Obsessed with the glow lust! I find it to be much more hydrating than the Charlotte tilbury, which I love. I wear it on it’s own with concealer 😍

I love my glow lust! I find it much more hydrating than my CT which my dry skin loves! I got the smoke reflect in ego and defiance, and ego is soo unique in tone
I love how thorough your reviews are. Will you be reviewing the new KKW Beauty collection? The honey palette looks so pretty, I want to try the Honey palette and the honey blushes. I really wanna try one of the smoke reflects as well, they look so pretty.

I really love the glow lust. I’m going to purchase my summer shade. CT one broke me out so I couldn’t use it no matter how much I liked it. ( I have combo sensitive acne prone skin) The smoke reflects are also sooo good! Great video!
Thank you for this! I have the CT Flawless Filter and I don’t use it much (maybe I should LOL). I’ll probably try the Glow Lust when it runs out. The shadows look really pretty. I might try the gray shade she has since I have a lot of the CT Eyes to Mesmerize in bronzes , gold and rose gold.

Aurics products are so easy and forgiving on mature skin... have from CT and I’ve loved them but Aurics products are sooooo natural looking and easy brings my skin to another level!
Honestly didn’t notice your lips, they look great Tara 💋Great review. You made me feel so much better about the CT eyes to mesmerise. I’ve got 6 pots, I’ve had them for over a year and there is no way I am getting through them in 6 months as noted on the packaging. Have you noticed a change in the formula after 2 years?

You look stunning as usual!!! I’ve never tried the CT similar product, so I have no frame of reference. Thank you for providing a comparison!! I love the luminizer! I’ve tried others in the past and they were just too metallic looking on my skin. This is perfect. I have tried mixing in with my primer (the BB face base you introduced me too!!) and/or just using one my Soni G brushes and buffing it into my face. GORGEOUS! Here lately I’ve been mostly wearing powder foundation and it looks so pretty and natural. I also got the rose gold shade for eyes and love it! I wanted the bronze but it sold out so fast!! It is so easy to apply. I’m so happy with this launch and can’t wait to see what comes out next!!!

I actually only picked up the glow lust. And I'm really a fan of it! The color citrine seems to be a perfect match for my skin tone. Just posted my review not too long ago

I am so glad you used that foundation. I have tried hundreds of foundations and nothing comes close to LaMer but no on seems to use it because of the price but it is well worth it for someone with problem skin who doesn’t want to feel like they are wearing make up! Thanks.
If you hadn't mentioned the upper lip, I don't think I would have noticed! You look beautiful as always! I grabbed the Glow Lust in Selenite and the Smoke Reflect Duo in Temper. I enjoy both products but I think I should have gotten morganite instead of Selenite and Temper is a little cooler in tone than I tend to prefer. Overall I'm happy and I'm excited to see what's next for her and her brand!
I just have to say that you look fabulous, and the swollen lips aren’t noticeable! That being said, thank you for another honest and thorough review! I never use my CT Flawless filter and don’t tend to like cream products so I’ll likely skip these products for now. I just ordered those two new Dior quints this week though, so I have to pass on something! 😉
I love my glow lust in pyrite but just bought the lightest one to try also. I got ego in smoke reflect and love it but wouldn’t wear it much so I should get one of the others when they restock
I didn’t initially comment because I watched this video while I was working out. I have the shade Pyrite because I have an olive undertone. I like that it has a pump because I can squirt a pump into my foundation. I can wear it underneath as a primer/highlighter or mix a little into my foundation. I just use my fingers to blend onto my face where needed. I have dry skin and I enjoy this product. It is not greasy on my skin. Keep in mind that I love the Glossier Future Dew.
Honestly- lip swelling does not look bad at all! Not at ALL! And dont apologize- lip filler is so great as we age- I never even considered it until I hit mid 40s, now I love it! To each her own. But I promise you- you and your lips look beautiful as always!!! Tk you for a very helpful review 😘😘😘

I like the subtle glow it gave you as a highlighter. I feel bad saying that I’m not that impressed with the eyeshadows 🥺 they aren’t deep enough for me either. I like dimension.
The thoughts that you had about the glow lust are very similar to what Chelsea of Glam Girl Chelsea mentioned when she compared it to the Hollywood fall as filter. I think I want to try it for myself. I definitely want the ideas because I’m obsessed with cream products on the eyes. One and done eyeshadows for the win!

I have watched SEVERAL reviews on Auric and WOW yours is the best one by a landslide. All the comparisons, killed it. I got Pyrite and Temper, regretted I didn’t get defiance too. But after seeing this review, I feel better about knowing how similar the colours. Thanks tara!

I used the pyrite as a foundation once you bronze blush and powder it’s not that glowy I do agree it’s just like the Charlotte tilbury if you have that you don’t need Auric unless you just want it! I used citrine as a bronzer I’m having the same problem finding the right shade I bought both the same colors as you and I agree mixing them is best but she needs to create more shades!
I was planning on picking these up but the shipping to the UK was $25 then an additional 20% of the product cost on top for custom fees so sticking with Charlotte tilbury for now. Hopefully theres a UK stockist in the future because they look beautiful
Tara Lynn, you look beautiful. The swelling is really not that obvious on camera especially when you have your makeup on. Without makeup I can see a slight bit of swelling on the right side along with a slight bruising. I wish my lips would look like yours after my injections. I bruise terribly 🤦🏻♀️ and it takes 2 weeks for the bruising to dissipate. Everyone is different. Your injector is very very good.
Once again you’ve given an informative review. Good job! Personally, I will continue buying the CT products. I hope the people that buy her products enjoy them.

I like Sam.....but I was kinda disappointed with the launch. I immediately thought “CT dupes” when I first saw the collection and was just hoping for something more unique and not done 100x over already. But, if I didn’t already have 23 versions of these already, I would totally purchase this.
As far as the application here, CT side looks FAR more natural, whereas the other looks like there’s a slight purple/silver sheen that I could still see after all makeup was applied. I also agree that eye color is really similar, I don’t think it has to do with skin tone, I think they’re just very similar. Overall very pretty.

There are many ways to use Glow Lust, just like HFF so no one should feel as if they need to slather it all over. Tara, I could barely tell the difference between the two on your skin. The one thing I did notice is that your skin looked healthier with Auric, just slightly. I think people with normal to oily skin would enjoy HFF more so than those with dry/dehydrated skin. Hopefully Sam comes out with more shades so that a wider range of skin tones could have the choice of which they preferred. I did very much appreciate your lack of gushing about Auric, but you came across as a CT stan 😂 which you have always been. I still think this was the most unbiased review regardless of which you prefer. We need more like you!

If you hadn’t mentioned your lip Tara I would not have noticed anything, I think you can feel it so imagine that it looks swollen. You don’t need filler you are beautiful anyway. I saw Michele Wang review this Auric range and the eyeshadows looked stunning on her. Although you don’t think they show up they look stunning on you too. I was impressed by how smooth and easy to blend these shadows are, no hard edges and because they are more matte, so flattering with just that touch of shimmer in the centre. Why don’t you try the Ego shade I think it would be darker. Hopefully Auric will bring out more shades in time.🥰💜
Thanks for such thorough review. Your lips look great! I couldn’t help but notice that you have zero crows feet near the eye area, and I am 32 and I have a lot of fine lines... I wonder if Botox can fix that. But anyways, I loved the temper eyeshadow color on you!

I would have bought the shadows if it didn’t sell out. Was thinking of the grey one but it wouldn’t get as much use. I also have a bunch of the ct creme shadows so I prob don’t need these. They all look great on u though.

I wonder if the Defiance shade and CT Mona Lisa are similar? Mona Lisa is quite a bit darker than Marie Antoinette. I already own it and have Defiance on the way, I'm hoping they're not too similar. Lol. Great video 😊.
I am actually playing with the new shades from Auric right now. 😅 Perfect timing. Can't speak to the similarities between Defiance & Mona Lisa because I don't have that shade from CT. But, I can say, the shade Entice is such a bummer. It blended out to this weird blue Undertone and I'm so bummed, it was the shade I was most excited about. But defiance is stunning😁 Demo coming soon😁
