    Lyrics:
    Sing,
    Of Zagreus, oh muse
    Slayer of hydras
    First of his name
    Born
    Of Zeus as a serpent
    In spite of Queen Hera
    Zagreus came
    Torn
    To shreds by the Titans
    Devoured in pieces
    From his heart aflame
    The seed
    Of Dionysus grew
The God of wine and feast anew
    To live
    At home on Olympus
    Never presuming
    His origins true
    Wrath
    Of thunder and lightning
    Struck down the Titans
    Burned into sand
    Up
    From out of the ashes
    Born of the Titans
    The mortals did stand
    To live
    The model of the gods
At once divine and further flawed
    In twain
    The blood of immortals
    Of Zagreus ending
    It flows in their veins
    The prince
    Under the mortal ring
    Prisoner to his king
    Never to leave
    Steadfast
    Endlessly toiling
    Doomed to remain
    Endlessly toiling
    Doomed to remain

Zagreus: "Father, you must come see! Orpheus has taught Lernie to sing, and their harmonies are *incredible!* "

When the prank has gone so widespread that it becomes a choral arrangement. Great job 😁

Hahaha! I was thinking that as I was making it, too

It is absolutely criminal that your music doesn't get more attention. This is fantastic, and I for one would love to hear more Hades songs from you! Hell, just all of Orpheus's songs would be killer! Great work :D

So kind, Shane, thank you! I already have arrangements for all of them in the works so I'm glad at least one person will be glad to hear them :)

Your voice and style of singing really go well with this piece! The harmonies and arrangement are very well done!

Okay... But an opera or musical about Zagreus would be fricking awesome!

The arrangement is amazing, and the harmonies you added are absolutely phenomenal. The one thing that makes this cover interesting though is the difference in delivery. For the original, he was singing in a falsetto that caused him some strain, and as a result the way the things like vowels were done were...tighter, I guess? Whereas your singing style is quite open, and the way you enunciate has a totally different power and take. I'm not sure which I like better, to be honest.

Thank you! Cool how you pointed out the difference in delivery. Seems like voice type is largely at play here (it would be hard for me to sing like he did and vice versa). I really do think that Darren's voice has a special vulnerability to it when he sings Orpheus' songs
