And to think, that getting a Medal at the Olympics is easy.. the sacrifices that Olympians make, puts it all into perspective, the highlight for me in Tokyo was definitely the Mixed Triathlon. Jess is a true hero of mine. Bring on Paris.

I have only just come across your videos following the Olympic games and they have to be some of the best athletics content on the platform! Jess is a complete legend the way she went out on the team event and smashed her leg of the event was awesome to watch!

It's remarkable hearing an Olympic Triathlon gold medalist talk about fitness training like she's never step foot inside a Gym, no technical mumbo jumbo or fancy jargon.
